Ordered on line, received a phone call the following day to confirm the deliver day. Delivery day we received a call half an hour before delivery. We paid for the old appliance to be taken away. Service was great

Fast availability on time!
Ordered the undermount sink on Friday evening to collect and it was available the next day in our local store. We haven't installed the sink yet but will let you know. Staff at Built-in appliances as always helpful and friendly, especially Lee!

Excellent customer service. Ordered online for collection at the store, changed it to delivery whith no fuss, driver phoned half hour before drop to make sure there was someone to receive the appliances.
