Intergraded fridge freezer
Purchase fridge freezer before I ordered they called house check the fitting made sure it would fit. I then ordered fridge freezer arranged delivery. Fitted fridge freezer took away old appliance excellent service. Would recommend.

Very good in meeting our specific needs
Very helpful in researching and sourcing a fridge/freezer to meet our urgent requirements, and particular specification A high quality model was selected for delivery to us within 48 hours, on a Friday. On the day of anticipated delivery, we were advised that unfortunately the item had not been received from the manufactuer as promised. Delivery to us finally took place a further three days later, partly influenced by the interveing weekend. The old equipment was removed at the same time. The delay was disappointing and caused some issues for us, which detracted from a 5 Star score. We still feel that it was important to support local businesses

The hold up was on the manufacturer's side, but that doesn't make the wait any easier when you're relying on us to get it right. Replacement fridge freezer.
I needed to replace an integrated fridge freezer and was worried about getting it fitted without any damage to the cabinet and doors. Bright Ideas did a fantastic job of removing the old appliance and installing the new one. Around an hour overall and everything looks as good as new. Very impressed with the service.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. Alex came out to Harrogate to install a new integrated washing machine and remove the old one.
It wasn’t an easy job as the floor is quite uneven but he stayed for as long as he needed to to get it right. Very professional and friendly service - would highly recommend
