The dogtag was nice and looks great on my puppy. Only thing that wasn't good was that it took a long time for it to be delivered.

The tags were not received in the estimated delivery window but did come days later (but not weeks or months late as many reviewers have described!). Product is as described. I had previously suspected (and stated in a review) that this website was associated to fraudulent activity on my credit card but that is actually not true -- I've since discovered that the issue with my card was something else entirely. When I thought the tags weren't coming, I did leave a negative review on their website which they did not publish, so I would hesitate to trust the reviews they choose to publish there.

I am very happy with the tag I ordered, good communication with the company and it arrived in 3 weeks.

Dogidtags.ca is a misleading and fraudulent website. I ordered from the company and never got my tags. When I emailed to complain and did a little digging, the company has addresses based in Gibraltar and Dubai and the tags are made in Switzerland. I thought I was buying from a Canadian company. Stay away from this company.

I ordered the bone shaped tag in lobster colour with white printing. The tag is beautiful. Lots of room on the back for my name and 3 phone numbers. Bella, my husky terrier mix has been wearing it for about a week now and still no scratches on the tag. And she's a digger!
The tag was printed and shipped that day.

I purchased two dog id tags. The items arrived quickly and the quality of the printing is beautiful. The customer service is exceptional, they answer your questions quickly and are very very friendly. I am very pleased with my purchase and I will definitely buy from Dogidtags again. Thank you very much and I look forward to buying from you again.

They say it takes 7 days...I ordered it 2 weeks ago.
Spend your money elsewhere.

Tag looks great. Fits our new puppy well. Took about a month to arrive which was a little longer than expected. Custom support responded quickly when inquired about the delay.

Would purchase again.

It took a while to come, but I think it's because of COVID. The tag is great, quality is great as well. I do recommend it.

I had a very good experience with dogitags ordering on line. I ordered a tag for my puppy but I didn't get it for more than three weeks, so I sent an email to check what happened, they reply me shortly, and tracked all things for me, it's a very nice service experience.
I finally got my beautiful tag two days later.

Been well over a month, have not received the tag. No confirmation e-mail was ever sent; website still shows shipped. Emailed with no response. Spend your money elsewhere.

This company was excellent to deal with. The tags are excellent and service was fantastic and responsive when I had a question

Ordered over a month ago. Like others have said, I am beyond frustrated with the lack of confirmation emails and correspondence. No response to my inquiries. Ended up buying a tag at a local pet store instead. It’s terrible feeling like you’ve been scammed. AVOID this company at all cost.

It's been 7 months... SEVEN MONTHS and didn't received mine. WHAT A BULLSH*T. Don't waste your money on them !!!

I ordered 2 ID tags and a collar a month ago and nothing has arrived. I didn’t even get a confirmation email, but my credit card was charged. I emailed them and haven’t got a reply. Also, I tried to login to my account and I had to reset my password... they said they sent a link to reset, but I still haven’t got an email. What a joke.

Took one month to arrive when it said 5-7 business days. No confirmation email, charged my credit card right away. Tags that arrived are printed not engraved. Did not respond when I contacted them looking for my shipment.

This is not a Canadian company. Tags were shipped from Switzerland. The tags are USELESS. 1) I can't tell the 8 and 6 apart. I asked them to redo them or to refund. They re-did them but these numbers on the new ones were just as difficult to tell apart 2) after a few weeks of my dog wearing these tags, a third of the lettering was erased and illegible. I believe the overwhelmingly positive rating is fake.

As the other reviewers have said, do NOT order from this company. Unfortunately I did not realize it was not a Canadian company when I ordered. My credit card was charged instantly, but I was not even given any confirmation email which definitely sketched me out. It had now been a month since I’ve ordered and I’ve heard nothing about the tag. I have tried emailing to get a status update, and of course I’ve had no replies. Not happy at all.

Update- they finally replied to my negative review I gave them and offered me a refund. I am glad to know they do have somewhat of a customer service team, but I would recommend not wasting your time with this company as I waited and waited for a tag that never came when I should have just gotten one made at my local pet store.

Took 32 days to arrive, is not a Canadian company and its printed on the metal, not engraved on the metal. And for whatever reason when I ordered it, they said that my email wasn't a real email, so I had to use my boyfriends email which was wildly inconvenient and annoying. I tried entering my email 3 times and it kept saying 'error. This email doesn't exist' and now my boyfriend keeps getting promo emails from a pet insurance company so this company definitely sells your personal information to third parties.

I ordered 2 tags, one came with an extra 2 lines saying 'baloo-regular' on it, which is the font I think I ordered, but I never wanted that printed on the tag! I'm really annoyed because the extra two lines saying this made the whole font size so small that you can barely read the words on the tag. I have a small dog so I ordered a small bone shaped tag and a circle tag. The circle tag turned out okay, but the small bone shaped tag is the one that is all wrong.

And it took so long to arrive with no updates that I emailed customer service 2 weeks ago, and they never responded!

I dont recommend ordering from this company, it has been nothing but a headache. Take your money to a local engraver because this company is a scam!
