I live in Canada and My dog tag arrived 13 days after I ordered it. Since it came from Switzerland, I wasn’t concerned about the time frame. It’s soooo sweet, the Swarovski crystals looks so elegant. The font I picked is clear and perfect. I love it!

The order arrived quickly and the quality of the tag is super! I am really happy about it. I truly recommend. I am in Canada and the delivery was fast.

I ordered the product, didn't receive a confirmation e-mail so I started to get worried and googled around to see if the company was legit. Found these reviews and wasn't sure what to expect, if I had just gotten ripped off..

The tag arrived within 12 days of ordering, I e-mailed customer service every step of the way (I don't know if this helped, but like I said I was worried it was a scam so I wanted to stay on top of it). High quality product, great customer service communication. The product is real and arrived very quickly in under 2 weeks.

Was so excited to get my dog id tag but when it came in the name was misspelled :( fortunately though they did say they were going to process me a new one, so I guess we’ll see !

So grateful for these tags but mostly for the customer service, way beyond my expectations, i was a little worried that I hadn't received my order and they were great to reassure me , and got my order 48 hrs later 😀

The two dog tags we ordered look amazing!! The colour choices were ample, and the red and blue tags we chose look awesome!! They are very light weight yet still very durable. Size wise, we have two medium sized dogs (40 & 50lbs), and the largest dog tag size looks great on both of them (as a bonus, the white font on the tags is easy to read their names from a distance). Our order arrived just slightly outside of the 5-7 business days indicated, as we ordered on May 6th and tags arrived on May 18th. Customer service team is very prompt and professional when I emailed asking about confirmation of shipping date, which was May 7th. Highly recommend Dog Id Tags to others!!!

It's been over 60 days and I have not received my order. Company is refusing to process a refund for another 30 days. Items are not shipped from Canada and the delay has been unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and purchase the tag locally from a pet store.

The tags look great, the ordering process was very user-friendly, and the customer service was outstanding! The only downside was the delayed delivery. The website lists delivery time as 5-7 business days once the package is shipped. Unfortunately, my package took 20 business days from the shipped date to arrive. However, when I contacted the company to flag this delay, they apologized and made arrangements to send a new order if I did not receive my package within the next 6 days. As luck would have it, my order arrived in the mail 7 days later. I highly recommend purchasing these tags!

These dog tags are great quality and look like they will last a very long time. My order took a month to arrive (Manitoba, Canada) but I had contacted the company and they were going to resend me a new one! Luckily the next day my order did arrive in the mail! I highly recommend these dog tags!

Very nice tag that seems high quality so far. Took a little while to arrive (to Canada): ordered 6 Dec and arrived 7 Jan. Customer service was very helpful when contacted and willing to reship, but the tag arrived the day after contacting them.

Originally I was looking to purchase my puppy's dog tag off Etsy, but considering the price difference, a friend recommended me to Dogidtags.ca. The dog tag did arrive a little bit late, but I did get it in the mail right on Boxing Day, so that was a huge relief for me! Aside from my pup trying to figure out how to take off the tag, it suits her perfectly, and I love how it looks on her. Best purchase decision I've made for my pup yet. For those folks living in Canada, IF you are willing to wait 3-4 weeks (they come from Sweden via regular mail), please look no further.
These id tags exceeded by far my expectation. They do not only look amazing, they feel high-quality. The red ones are very beautiful.
I will not hesitate to order more tags (if needed) from them.
I was a little bit worried about the shipping time, and the Customer Service is excellent. They'll answer all your questions.
Again, if you can wait 3-4 weeks, I highly recommend this id tags for your furry friends.

As others have said, the shipping was a bit slow, but customer service confirmed that the order had shipped and it arrived a week later. Tags were of good quality and I am happy with my order.
