The tags arrived late but were very nice and the links nicely scaled addition. These were shipped from the US, hence the delay

The shipping delay honestly made me wonder a bit about the reviews that said "scam" -- but I was patient, waited a month, then contacted Customer Service (Jessica is great!). She responded, asked to confirm my address and offered to re-create the tag and try again. On a whim, I checked the post "one more time", and there was the tag! The packaging was beat up (yayyy Canada Post!) but the tag is exactly what I wanted!
Good product -- just accept that the shipping will take 5-6 weeks!

The tags took a little longer to arrive but I know that due to the pandemic it's normal to happen. The customer service was really easy to reach out and they were always willing to help me. The tags are really cute and well made :)

The ordering process was fun and easy, and when I reached out to customer service with questions Jessica Warren always responded in a timely manor and was always very helpful. The tag took a little longer to arrive but I know Canada post is slower these days due to the pandemic. Thankful it arrived in time to pick up our pup this weekend and we love it!

I was looking for a tag for our cat Merlin, a beautiful Scottish Fold. We chose a blue star with its name on one side and a cell phone number on the other. The choices of design and fonts are impressive. I was also impressed by the quality of the tag when I received it. I highly recommand Dogidtags.

Fake. They charge your card but never send the item or any confirmation. They haven’t responded after reaching out to their “customer service” multiple times. At this point I’m going to have no choice but to contact my credit card company for a chargeback, which is a huge hassle. It may be the only way to stop them from scamming more people if enough of us do it after we get scammed.

I suspect any positive reviews of this site are fake.

Happy with my purchase. Product came as advertised. Would order again.

There was an issue with the delivery, I reached out to their customer services email. They REFUSING to answer and give me a refund.

I ordered a tag, which was posed the following day, did not arrive three weeks later. Contacted you, who apologized for post said to confirm address you would send another. Next day the original item arrived, which I informed you. The item was great, your response to the problem great. I thank you for your efficient helpful service, and for a great Dag Tag

I received my tag and it’s exactly what I wanted. It’s sooo cute. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the long shipping. But besides that it will not stop me from buying again

I just received my dog tag and it is so cute! It is exactly as I ordered it!
The order took some weeks to arrive but customer support promptly answered my questions and offered me another one if I wouldn't receive it.

Just received my dog ID tag. Looks great, great quality! It took a couple weeks to get here but when I contacted customer service on the status of my order, they got back to me right away and said if I didn't receive it by the end of the week they would send me another one. The only thing I would suggest is that they should send a confirmation email once you place your order. Other than that, would definitely recommend to a friend and would definitely order from them again.

Customer Service was great. Autofill inserted wrong address at check out and they were helpful with solutions to correct if tag didn't show up. Thankfully it still was delivered and the tag was great quality as well.

Ordered these tags for both my dogs and they never came, no confirmation email but the funds were taken from my card. Contacting customer service is a joke they do not answer.

Thia company is also not Canadian the email sent to try and sell more items has a return address of Dubi

It took almost 3 weeks before I got my order but I am very satisfied with the products received: Id Dog tag, harness, collar and nail clipper. Customer service was great and their response to my concern was quick and helpful.

Received the tag for my cat Harvey and I am very pleased with the product and the process.

Delivery via Canada Post was a bit delayed, but inquiries to Customer Service were promptly answered.
