Throughout the 5 day hire we had no issues with the vehicle and returned it in the same condition it was collected in. The second time I rent a car on vacation on Mahe in this company. At the same time, I am a frequent guest for 10 years. I know nuances.
I booked a car on their website for 2 weeks. The representative of Durai contacted me on watsap, sent the voucher and met at the airport with a sign. Always was on the connection on watsapp. Thank him ! Suzuki fronx was new, mileage 1240 km. the system of receiving return - full tank. The price of the lease was pleasant, the contract in electronic form. The car was rented at the airport in the parking lot, as well as electronic signature .

We thought we'd picked up a fully insured car. However, this turned out not to be the case. During our vacation, we damaged the car. Upon returning it, we were asked to make an additional payment, even though this was supposedly included in our insurance. The staff at the location were then very unfriendly; they kept pushing to give them extra money and called their manager. The manager threatened to keep us there and kept talking and shouting over us. Then the boss came over and tried explained everything, but didn't offer a solution. We still had to pay the extra costs.

We were very satisfied with renting our car on Mahé from Doffay. Unexpectedly, we received an upgrade, so we had a brand-new hybrid SUV with top-notch equipment for the entire week – a real bonus. The handover and return handled by Mr. Kathiresan went absolutely smoothly. All our questions were answered promptly and very kindly. This is the kind of place you’re happy to book with. Five stars from us for Doffay on Mahé.
In a few days, we’ll be picking up our rental car from Doffay on Praslin.
