Doffay Car Rental Seychelles Omdömen 

This is the second time we’ve rented from Doffay. Once again, a perfect experience: excellent communication before and during the rental, a team waiting for you upon arrival—no matter how late your flight lands—and a vehicle that matches exactly what we booked and is in perfect condition. There was no waiting around, and returning the car was just as easy, thanks to the team stationed at the parking lot entrance. It’s exactly the kind of service you hope for! Thank you.

Wir waren sowohl auf Praslin als auch auf Mahé mit einem Mietwagen von Doffay Car Rental unterwegs und waren mit beiden Autos sehr zufrieden.

Abholung und Rückgabe waren absolut unkompliziert, die vereinbarten Orte und Zeiten wurden zuverlässig eingehalten. Auch die Kommunikation über WhatsApp war super – selbst bei einer Flugverspätung wurde schnell und flexibel reagiert.

While we ended up renting a car from Doffay through EconomyCarRental.com, the entire interaction was with Doffay people on the ground. And it was superb. We were welcomed outside the airport arrivals area by a Doffay rep, who led us to a quiet corner and brought the car to us. The car was exactly as we ordered, and in excellent shape. Just a scratch here and there, well documented by the company representative (but we also took pictures ourselves, just in case). The car drove smoothly and was just enough for our luggage of 5 persons. During the rental period, we could be in touch with our personal representative via WhatsApp (we did so mostly to coordinate return times, to report a mild problem with the key, and several outstanding requests; see below). We rented 3 different cars (due to movement between Seychelles islands, and in all cases, the representatives were kind and willing - Durai (Mahe), Mikela (Praslin), and Shimul (Mahe again). In our first Mahe rental, Durai even granted a complimentary late return time to accommodate our late flight schedule, and in Praslin, Mikela gladly handled our request to change return location from the airport to the Jetty to simplify our transfer to the La Digue Ferry.
All in all, a perfect score for Diffay's teams in Seychelles. Next time I'll rent from them again!

(My only comment, if I really seek even further improvement, is the status of fuel upon receiving the cars. In all cases, we received the car with a full tank, but the digital gauge on the Suzuki fell one 10% notch a couple of km after starting to drive, implying it was not really full in the first place. Not sure what can be done to remedy this, but it is also a minor issue)

Über den Reisevermittler war die Kommunikation relativ schwierig. Vor Ort über Whatsapp alles perfekt. Auch kleine Änderungen sind problemlos möglich. Alles fair gelaufen.

Ask for Raj. We rented a car with Doffay during our Seychelles trip and he sorted us out completely, from pickup to drop off. Friendly, fast and no nonsense. The car was in great condition and the whole process took minutes. Easily the smoothest rental experience we've had. Five stars.

Wir haben über Doffay das Mietauto in Mahe 6 Tage und in Praslin 4 Tage gemietet. Die Übergabe und Rücknahme erfolgte absolut unkompliziert und durch äußerst freundliche, hilfsbereite und auf individuelle Bedürfnisse (z.B. Abholung am Hafen, Rückgabe am Flughafen) eingehende Mitarbeiter. Leider wissen wir nur noch den Namen eines Mitarbeiters, Koori, aber alle Anderen waren ebenso nett und hilfsbereit. Die Autos waren in einem einwandfreien Zustand, Kontakt zu Mitarbeitern war jederzeit über WhatsApp möglich. Volle Sternezahl absolut gerechtfertigt.
