Easy booking, easy to find the desk at the airport, and good communication before and during the rental with Koori who is very nice and helpful.
The car was a little old but it's not problematic for a few holidays days (The remote central locking system didn't work, and the automatic transmission was tired and struggled with hairpin bends in the mountains).

The experience was very good. Easy to book, clear communication via Whatsapp, the cars were fresh new

I really recommend the car rental by Doffay. The service, especially the contact with Karthi, was excellent and the car was clean and comfortable. We were able to return the car at the harbour instead of the airport. Thanks for your hospitality! We always would rent a car at Doffay again.

Renting was smooth and straightforward, even though I arrived late. There was someone to deliver the car and also to pick it up at the airport door. Payment was easy and documentation clear!

Great price, great service, kind personnel. To make an example: on the last day we forgot phone and sunglasses on the car. They brought them back to us to the ferry station, where we were about to catch the ferry. In general super recommended

We rented a Suzuki Jimny from Doffay Cars twice. The service was excellent; pickups and drop-offs were on time and went smoothly. The car was in excellent condition.

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung mit Peter und können die Autovermietung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Flexibilität: Wir konnten die Rückgabestation kurzfristig und völlig kostenlos ändern. Außerdem hat Peter uns das Auto gegen einen sehr fairen Aufpreis direkt zu unserem Appartement gebracht, sodass wir es nicht extra am Flughafen abholen mussten. Das hat uns viel Zeit und Aufwand erspart.

Das Auto war sauber, zuverlässig und in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Der gesamte Ablauf verlief professionell und stressfrei.

Vielen Dank an Peter für den großartigen Service – wenn wir wieder auf Praslin sind, werden wir definitiv erneut hier ein Auto mieten!
