We had to change our booking on rather short note due to some health issues in the family and were met with lots of understanding and goodwill on Doffay's side, which is a rare experiemce nowadays. Karthi, the agent who met me at the airport upon pickup of the car, was super helpful and friendly and a real asset. I have booked with Doffay again and eill do so again on our future trips here. We rented a car on Mahé. Immediately upon arrival at the airport, I received a WhatsApp message with information from our agent, Durai. I found him right away, and he handed over the car to us.

The car was practically brand new, everything was perfect. When we returned it to the port, Durai was there to greet us. Everything went wonderfully. We would definitely do it again.

I'd like to share my truly perfect experience with Doffay Car Rental! I booked a car with their agency via a sunny cars. Communication was from beginning till end smooth and easy. We truly appreciated that someone was bringing the car to cat coco pier for easier handover (pick up was booked for SEZ airport). As of the demanding situation with ongoing flight cancellations we had to return the car earlier and got offered to pick up the car again should we won't get on the flight as of overbooking. The service was 5 star and I can HIGHLY recommend chosing this car rental company! Special thanks to MR. Durei who was such a nice and kind helpful person during our renting period.

Unkomplizierter Mietwagen-Service mit Vollkasko Angebot. Wir haben den Mietwagen am Flughafen in Empfang genommen. Der Wagen war total in Ordnung. Schön sauber und hat sich gut fahren lassen. Wir hatten einen Kleinwagen gebucht, was perfekt für die Straßenverhältnisse auf Mahé war. Am Flughafen hat Ramesh am Doffay Counter schon auf uns gewartet. Er hat uns den Wagen vom Parkplatz direkt vor den Flughafen vorgefahren. Super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns ein paar Sachen zum Auto erklärt und schon konnte es los gehen. Die Rückgabe am Fährhafen war ebenso total unkompliziert. Kurz vorher haben wir Ramesh eine WhatsApp Nachricht geschrieben, da wir etwas früher als ausgemacht schon dort waren.. schon hat ein super freundlicher Mitarbeiter auf uns gewartet und den Wagen ganz anstandslos in Emfpang genommen. Tankregelung ist voll/ voll. Zweitfahrer kein Problem. So kann man entspannt im Urlaub Auto fahren. Der Mietwagenanbieter ist nur zu empfehlen.

Wir wurden am Flughafen super freundlich von Durai in Empfang genommen. Er hat uns das Auto ausführlich erklärt, ist mit uns nochmal alle vorhandenen Schäden durchgegangen und hat uns zusätzliche hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt auf Mahé gegeben. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes stand er uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Auto selbst war wie gebucht ein Suzuki Swift und war größenmäßig perfekt für uns zwei und die teils schmalen Straßen auf den Seychellen. Die Abgabe am Rückreisetag hat ebenfalls problemlos funktioniert. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt werden wir unser Auto wieder bei Doffay Car Rental mieten.
