The company is fake, No post service at all
The company is fake, please don't fall in trap. They will not post your mails forget about late delivery. It's a scam. Their support is pathetic, and they will not bother to respond. I request you to not give them a single penny let this company die because of no work. Scammers deserve this.

Expensive and slow
Don't use this service for anything urgent. For the premium they charge to print and mail a letter, they should do it in a timely manner. It was advertised as 3-10 days, but arriving on day 11 as a result of not being mailed out until day 7 isn't an acceptable level of service.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they said I could file a claim for a refund if it was over a WEEK after their estimate, which is already apparently padded for a week of doing nothing.
I would have just gone to the post office myself instead of paying them $26 if I'd known they weren't going to do the job efficiently.

they take forever to mail a document, absolutely not reliable. I mailed something on Dec 9, it's Dec 12 and nothing has been mailed. Use it at your own peril

Works great for our needs
Works great, reliable for our company. It's true that it seems to usually take 5-6 days for delivery but that's in line with what the estimates are that they show. Remember it is the US post office, not FedEx next day air.
It certainly beats printing documents and putting stamps on an envelope

Terrible
Terrible. They need more than 6 days to print and mail a letter, which is awful. Also, the customer support is non-existent, they NEVER reply. I lost a lot of money, look for alternatives if you want your mail to arrive on time.

Best online mailing company I found, especially for small business
I spent a lot of time trying different online letter/postcard companies, and this was the best I found in terms of supporting small accounts and having reasonable prices. Their online interface is well-designed, as well.
