I think it's absolutely ridiculous that the service will not keep a copy of the actual document that you've paid to mail. One of the reasons why people use a service like this is for tracking purposes so basically I have to pay you to mail the document for me and then I have to actually retain another copy of that document in my records. I will no longer be using your services because of this. I'm sure there are better options out there.

The platform is very easy to use; I have been using it since June 2024. There was only one instance when I faced an issue, and the support team was very helpful in resolving the said issue.
