I did not expect to be writing a review of a letter shipping service on a Friday night but I was really impressed with Letter Stream's service. Every once and a while, I am in a position where I need to send a certified letter (its a special type of letter you mail via USPS) a few times a year. I have done it through the post office a few times but it is a pain in the butt and you need special envelopes, which it does not make sense to buy if you only do a few a year. However, I have been using Letter Stream in 2025 and it has been so much better. All of my certified letters are now professionally printed in custom envelopes for a price slightly higher than mailing it regular. The printing is precise and looks very professional. I am also incredibly impressed at the speed Letter Stream mails my letters. I have yet to pay for expedited processing yet all 7 of my letters were mailed same day. It is so much easier than doing yourself and is painless. If you ever need to send a certified letter, Letter Stream is the perfect service to use.

They don't have any options to reach customer service. Zero stars.

I will be selecting another company to handle my company mailings. I do not have a huge amount, but it took 8 hours to manually upload each letter one by one, then I had to go through each one and it took another hour to add each one to the invoice. I emailed support twice and they still haven't gotten back to me. for one or two letters it is cool, and I only had 70 letters to send but it was such a manual process with zero support. they are non respondent. Honestly, with the billable hours I could have gone with a company that charges double and still paid less than the amount of manual process from this site... and now missed my deadline.

This company did good job on my letters sending.
I have been using this company for few years.
They did reasonable fast work on my orders.
They sent my letters in 1 to 3 days.
They arrived every time. The tracking numbers are valid and all of my letters got delivered.

Who knew you could send physical mail so easily from a cell phone. I needed to send a letter to my landlord and was able to type the letter and send it from my phone while visiting my favorite coffee shop. Fast and easy and didn't require special trips to anywhere.

I’m not the kind of person who writes positive feedbacks often. I mean, who has the time for that? Unlike negative feedbacks, which people love to write and rant about. But one day, I found myself in a pickle. I had to sign and print a document for my business, or else I would lose money. And losing money is not fun, trust me. The problem was, I was out of state and had no access to a printer. My money frog was croaking in agony and begging me to do something. But I didn’t want to bother my friends with such a trivial request. So what did I do? I used this amazing service that lets you sign and print documents online for a low price and fast delivery! It was a lifesaver! I’m sure many people use this service secretly and don’t want to spill the beans. But I’m a generous soul and I want to share this gem with the world. So here you go, folks.
