Wow! 10/10. DLG Auto Services collected my car due to front and back end damaged (via a referral from Direct line insurance). From the first contact by phone to the car being returned to my drive, an excellent service throughout. The repair took just over 24 hours and it was returned fully valeted too! You just cant get better than that!. The repair has been completed to a high standard too. One happy customer!. Absolutely No hesitation to use this company again.

Great service, kept informed throughout the repair, car collected and returned without problem, repair carried out quickly and efficiently. Only minor issue was the car hadn't been vaccumed inside as stated, but everything else was excellent

This company repaired my car after someone bumped the rear of my car.
It was a seamless process, with good communication and efficiency. I did put them under pressure to return my car quickly, as I needed to use the car to go on holiday. I was very happy that they managed to achieve this.

Following an accident with my car was taken from Devon to Wednesbury for repair. Throughout the lengthy process December - February, due to waiting for parts. I was regularly kept updated by email. Any telephone contact I had was always very helpful, friendly and reassuring. Especially Jessica, Thank you all very much

The whole process was smooth and easy to follow. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. They kept me informed at every point and contacted me when they said they would. The repairs were completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Promised car would be valeted but came back as dirty as it was when collected, however positives were they were quick to collect, kept me informed and did a great job but not getting 5 stars due to it coming back unwashed

This is my second review as I have now received my car back fully repaired in excellent condition. I cannot speak highly enough about DLG. They kept me fully informed throughout the repair progress, by phone, email and text. Always polite, helpful and professional. They beat their expected completion date by several days. A stressful episode made easier by the highest standards of customer service. Thoroughly recommend this company for peace of mind.

Staff originally helpful . Had car taken back again for things missed . One large area of repair was a good standard but other damage area was not done and finish terrible. The fine finishing touches are just not there . After second time of doing , work was terrible to say the least. Cracks in customer care appear when you question quality of work. The paintwork was a mess and yet again did not fix original fault. Was fobbed off when pointed out errors. Reported to insurance company who originally after speaking with them agreed with them .
However I was not prepared to accept this . I got independent engineer report and claim was re opened.
Car insurance engineer came out and had look at work and agreed with me , and independent engineer report . Immediately saw the damage which I sent car back originally for rework again . One part was still visible whilst sitting in car. Also the paintwork finish around the edges was a very poor standard, not done correctly .
I have appointed a new car body repair shop to re do the repair work to the vehicle.
Hope no one has to use their services . Had I accepted being fobbed off for missed damage repair and very bad paint finish , I would have to pay for repair myself threw no fault of my own .
Would not recommend using there services .Very upsetting experience dealing with them.

Had phone call from driver Steve saying would be here in half hour . Bang on time he did all his checks on car and went through it all with myself.Week later phone call from DLG car done and brought back . Perfect job no stress

Would highly recommend this company very professional throughout my experience with them. I was kept informed with everything that was happening to my car. The repair was fantastic couldn't tell there was ever any damage. Car came back lovely and clean . Thanks DLG Auto Services.
