Great commuication, contacted when vehicle was going to be collected and also delivery of a brand new courtesy car, return exactly the same car delivered back informed of date and time , repair to car was excellent 5 year warranty on repairs, could not fault personnel approach with everything concerned , would recommend the garage to anyone

Just had our car repaired by DLG Auto Services through Churchill Insurance after extensive damage. What an absolutely top class service from start to finish. I don't know where to start. Car collected exactly on time given, courtesy car dropped off, as promised. The constant customer update is wonderful,kept us informed what was happening all the way. Staff were efficient, pleasant and couteous all the time. I was dreading this experience, unnecessary, it went like clockwork fro start to finish and to top it off the car was returned one week earlier than completion date. Beautiful job, looks like new. What a breath of fresh air in these days where everything seems to come with its problems. Excellent in every way.

My car was off the road for longer than I had expected, partly because it's actually the first time I've had to go through the 'accident/repair' process and didn't expect it would last so long and unfortunately because you were sent an incorrect part which added the best part of 3 weeks onto the whole thing! Your telephone staff were excellent each time I rang!

Dlg at Castle Donington had my car for 2 months end of last year following an accident. When I got my car back it was obvious they had blatantly put the wrong part on my bumper. A part for a petrol car onto my electric car!!! I was initially told it would be a 10 minute job while I waited to sort it then to be told they would need it for the day and couldn’t get me in for 2 months!! I’ve had to drive around with the wrong part exposing the underguard. I have finally got my car back after they had it for 2 days fixing their mistake. I have been fobbed off and lied too on several occasions by this company, the customer service has been shocking and it’s even more shocking that they initially passed my car through the quality control checks with blatantly the wrong part on it!!!

The quality of the repair looks of a very high standard. Unfortunately the cleanliness left something to be desired.... The interior was still very dusty upon return and no dust/residue was removed from the engine bay resulting heavy smoking and a very pungent smell when the car was driven.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Car hire dropped and our vehicle taken away. We were always kept up to date with progress and our car was brought back to us looking brand new!
Dlg collected my car for repair and dropped it back off when completed. Could be a little more informative on progress but very happy with the service otherwise repair done to a excellent standard.

Awful garage, awful service, I would avoid at all costs and find someone who is professional! They sent my car back to me with the worst repair job I’ve ever seen, paint was bubbled, cracked and had folds across the panels, it took them 3 attempts to fix a very small scratch and dent and even now I’m not confident it is a good job! And had my car a week longer than needed. Office staff were unsympathetic, no customer service and not once did I receive an apology or get to speak to a manager! AVOID………

Excellent service from start to finish. DLG Auto Services repaired my BMW after an accident and the results were outstanding — it looks as good as new. The team kept me updated throughout the process, were friendly and professional, and the workmanship was top quality. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing accident repairs.
