After clearing up the email problem and the situation where I was mistaken for someone else we were able to identify the bugs and issues I'm facing and the Diviengine team fixed everything in record time and their communication was great.

Bodycommerce could be one of the best e-commerce plugins out there if it weren't for all the bugs. The support is also not great. My emails keep getting rejected by whatever system they're using, and then they tell me it's my emails, not their system. This happens nowhere else except for when I'm emailing Diviengine support. I also explicitly asked David about their plugin ajax filters and if it could accomplish what I was trying to do. I showed him what I was trying to achieve, and he said I should use the Divi Ajax filter, not Bodycommerce. When I ran into a ton of bugs and problems, they got Pete to check, who advised me that I have to buy Bodycommerce to get the result I'm looking for This is after I purchased the Ajax filter plugin from them. I now have another issue, and yet again they blamed external factors when I have already proven it's their plugin, not my site.

Divi Machine is what I was searching for very long time! I always was searching for an easy solution to create custom archive pages with just the information that I needed but everything else on the market is just not powerful enough for a custom layout or just way to complicated. Now I'm able to create custom archive pages and post layouts, fill them with custom fields and don't have to mess with complicated code. Also I want to point out the really great support team which helped me out with some more complicated setups and a very helpful and fast communication! Thank you!

Support just stop responding. I sent them a error code clearly showing the error is with their plugin, they respond once and then just stop. I have a deadline on this project and their plugins arent exactly cheap. Help me please.

What an excellent product, I am not a developer myself.

As an agency owner, using a great product is not enough, having excellent support and a great product is every agency owner's dream!

Superb plugin for listing websites and amazing support. Highly recommended.

They won't let you get the plugin once the license is expired.
If you lost the plugin or get it damaged or there is a bug...nothing matters. After 1 year, you can't download the stable version of the plugin. You would get an old beta version under the download section. Divi engine not gonna help you to fix the bug in the beta version, they gonna ask you to renew the license and get the latest version! Shouldn't I get a stable version under the license period at least!
what an unethical business!

I was using v3.2, recently downloaded the plugin v4.2, and encountered a serious bug, now I can't downgrade because all the settings changed by the upgrade. Then I noticed that my license expired, and the version I got "Divi Machine Beta - 4.2 "
Support asking me to renew the license to get v5!

I've tried only Bodycommerce and it's a total game changer if you have your online store or build ecommerce sites for clients.

Also the support is super helpful, quick to answer 100% commited to solve any problem.
I recommend their plugins to all my colleagues.

All plugins and tools have problems and features we want. Divi Engine is no exception however, the tools are incredible and have helped me create beatiful unique websites but where they really win is the amazing support from the team. It's not often you send in a question, feature request or ask for help and you get to talk to the owner directly. It doesn't always happen but I consistently talk to David and Peter and their willingness to help and go the extra mile is always a refreshing experience. I know the team is working hard on new tools and updates to their existing products and I can't wait for what the future holds for Divi Engine!

The WooCommerce now is very easy than before lots of features thanks to the team and the customer service are very helpful :)
