I’m not a developer and I was nervous the plugin was going to be over my head, but I was able to build a site with ten’s of thousands of pieces of content that is clean, fast and easy for users to access the posts they need.
The tutorial videos were game changing and support team has been responsive and genuinely helpful whenever I needed it.
Highly recommend!

I didn't like it; it was difficult to use, too many problems. I couldn't customize the filters the way I wanted. I sent several messages and emails, but the responses were not satisfactory at all. Divi BodyCommerce is absolutely not easy to use; it's too complicated, with parameters everywhere and very little customization. I bought the Lifetime Edition and I'm very, very disappointed, really very disappointed. I don't advise anyone to buy it. Even the mega menu is useless, and even the mobile menu is useless. I don't know why I didn't get a response. I'm also waiting for the Crocoblock and JetEngine plugins to be compatible so I can test them. But if I go back, I shouldn't have bought the Divi Engine plugins. I really regret it.

I did speak with you and offered to help build what you wanted with you. I understand that you do not want to continue based on what you experienced but the offer is still there. All I can say is I am sorry and we are here for you if you decide to come and try use the plugins again. I will do my best to make sure we turn this bad experience to a good one.

MegaMenu Scam and Insulting Customer Service.
Buyer Beware. Trust Pilot should make the 1 star reviews to the top instead of the fake 5 star reviews.
Purchased their megamenu item on 12/15/2025. Realized immediatley that this was a little bit of a scam and they began upselling and spamming me non stop. You CAN'T use this tool without buying an additional "plan" which of course was not mentioned on the selling site which was a spin off site mirroring the look of their parent site. I asked for a refund the day of purchase, all I got was the run around with their lacking support sending me to Facebook Messanger, immediate red flag #2.
I waited for a response for my refund request that never came.
Sent them an email 1-5-2026 saying that I would wait two days for a response before requesting a refund on PayPal, then realized I had already asked for a refund on the day of purchase which was ignored.
So I filed a complaint through PayPal on (1-5-2026), got an instant refund.
Thats when the all-star Patrick wote me a couple insulting responses... Like this... "asked you to contact OUR live chat, but I understand that's beyond your mental capacity."
Nice! Like the paying customer was in the wrong and wanting a refund. Patrick clearly needs customer service training.
Thankfully PayPal protects it's customers.

1) Can you explain how we "upsell and spam" you - we do not do this
2) You CAN use the tool. You do not need to buy an additional "plan" to use our plugins. Can you explain more about this please? Maybe miscommunication or you are referring to another business?
3) We do not offer support on Facebook so cant see any messages there. We do it all through our support platform
4) We do not have live chat
5) Patrick does not work here :D
I think you have another company here, not ours. What you are describing is not our support process or how our plugins work
Can you check, what website did you buy it from?

Very fast support reply.
I have been using Diviengine now for several years on several websites, and this is a great product, and I'm very happy with it.
The other day on one of my sites, I had a minor issue and it turned out it was my own CSS. But the guys at Diviengine pointed me in the right direction, helped me very quickly, and now everything is resolved.
This is a really great service and I recommend the guys at Diviengine and their product wholeheartedly.

Thank you for your feedback. I want to address your concerns directly.
You're correct that there was inconsistency in our team's communication. One of our support representatives incorrectly stated that the styling issue you reported was a known bug. When I reviewed your case, I corrected this misinformation and provided screenshots demonstrating that the functionality works as designed.
Our refund policy, which was agreed to at purchase, requires customers to work with our support team to troubleshoot and validate reported issues. When you declined to provide access for troubleshooting and stated you no longer wished to continue the business relationship, we honored your request to process a refund.
Because the refund was processed as an exception to our standard policy (rather than due to a verified plugin defect), a 10% processing fee was applied to cover transaction processing costs. We refunded £134.10 of your £149 purchase.
I take full responsibility for the confusion caused by our team's initial miscommunication. We've used this as a learning opportunity to improve our support processes.

We were the first to experience a bug in the filtering of Woocommerce Products. Just one simple ticket got cascaded to the right developer to fix it and on the fly he had noticed a misconfiguration in our webshop and suggested a solution for it!

I've always liked the products, even with the high learning curve, because they offer so much customization and complexity. But I am absolutely floored by the exceptional customer service!
I had discovered a bug that wasn’t displaying things the way I expected. I tried troubleshooting on my own with no success, so I reached out to support. The first person couldn’t solve the issue, so they escalated my case to a higher tier of support. When it became clear that it was indeed a bug, they passed it along to their developers. To my surprise, within the week they had found a solution, implemented it for me, and even let me know the fix would be included in the next update!
It’s rare to see a plugin team follow through on an issue like this, and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate their support. They are absolutely fantastic to work with. :)

Excellent Products and Support
Divi Machine and Divi BodyCommerce helped me solve a lot of issues with my website. My customers like the improvements, and it has led to increased sales. As with anything complex, I ran into some issues. Some were my mistakes, some were bugs. The Divi Engine team has been an excellent partner in resolving issues. It really helps that they trust what I report. With Divi Engine plugins, I was able to eliminate 8 other aging plugins for better stability, resource usage, and functionality. The AJAX filtering is particularly powerful. I am very much looking forward to continuing with Divi Engine once Divi 5 is released. I know the team is on it.
If only Microsoft was more stable, I could receive the confirmation code sent to my email.
