Holy cow... I've been testing and using software products for over 20 years and have experienced a lot... one positive word expresses what I have experienced so far “WOW”.
5 stars for support
5 stars for friendliness and objectivity
5 stars for helpfulness
5 + 1 star for the speed with which support responds.
My products, which I currently use:
- Divi Machine
- Divi Form Builder
depending on project behavior, I'm sure a few more modules will be added at some point.
So far I've been dealing with Jeff and David and I'm super happy with everything.
What should be said about individual opinions is:
- If a module produces errors, you should first find the source. If you can't find the solution yourself -> write to support.
- Some of the documentation is older, but it's definitely worth a look.
- And very important!!! Divi will soon be available in a new version and all module producers will have to adapt to it. Support, bug fixes and requests for new functions may take a little longer than usual.
- And even more important -> Before you leave bad opinions, why don't you just communicate with the respective producer, in this case Diviengine? Many things can be clarified more easily that way.

I bought BodyCommerce and is the worst…
I bought BodyCommerce and is the worst decision I have made regarding plugins. It has taken so much more time to fix the bugs than BodyCommerce actually helping me to build a website. I think that products like that shouldn't be selled unless they are absolutely tested.

Very good plugins, awsome technical support
I've been using DiviEngine products to build websites for many months now. Every single bug or problem I have had, Peter, Pavak or David have responded so quickly and solved it!
Divi Machine is a very reliable tool to use when building websites. However, you have to know what you are doing because it has a lot of features. I have played a lot with this product and I have to say it is amazing.
Divi Bodycommerce too! Very robust plugin.
I highly recommend their products. They are life savers sometimes.

I bought my forlife plan and now i can't access
I bought my forlife plan on blackfriday 2023, i just use this in 2 sites... and now in february i tried to access to my acount and appear a message that say: "Your account has been suspended due to breaking our terms." . but really i just use this 2 times, i paid 12,000 pesos mexicanos (aprox 550 euros) so it was expensive... i m really angry
Be carefull if you spend your money buying the forlife plan, because maybe 2 or 3 months after, they just will block your access, without giving any kind of warning

We are sorry that you feel this way, but reselling our plugins for profit on another website goes 100% against our terms of service. Not only did you do that, you sold all of our plugins as a package which does great harm to our business and ability to deliver excellent products and support to our other customers.
Now, I can see you know this is wrong because you have since removed the page that was selling our products, but this unfortunately does not change the fact that you broke our terms of service and caused our business harm.
If you feel this action was taken unfairly, please contact our support team as mentioned on your account page. We also kindly ask that you remove this review as it is not an accurate reflection of our business, and our actions at this stage is in accordance with our ToS.
We hope to resolve this soon.

Starting from custommer suppost, which reply every 8 hours, going further with the plugin itself generates conflicts and does not cooperate with Divi too much.
It has lots of bugs, and nobody is willing to help you with them.
For those amount of money there should be a support chat, like others dio.

Very good program, really helps to set up an e-commerce site with the Divi theme.
In the event of a problem, support is very responsive and direct. I'd like to thank Pavak, who quickly helped me and identified my problem (which was actually with another plugin).

Incredibly good plugin and really great customer support! I had discovered a feature that had not yet been integrated and less than 48 hours later I had a completely functioning new version of the plugin on my site.
I can absolutely recommend it.

They advertise a drop down list for…
They advertise a drop down list for Wordpress sites. So I bought DiviEngine. It turns out that to populate the drop down the list has to be entered manually. Given their advertising, this was a huge letdown, so I asked for my money back. Their reply was "we have never advertised it to be able to populate a dropdown list of Memberpress items". If £20 means more than a happy customer then they are not as professional as they advertise. Disappointed.

To set the record straight, we don't advertise automatic population from Memberpress or the WordPress database as part of the Divi Form Builder's features. Nonetheless, we reviewed our product pages and weren’t able to find anything about populating dropdowns from any source within WordPress. If there is an issue, we definitely want to fix this, so would you be so kind as to share the links which gave you that impression?
