Very quick service and dress is exactly as shown and a perfect fit definitely true to size

Confusion as to what items were available. In fairness initially I ordered the wrong design and admin changed my orders However, the dress was not available so the original colourway was sent. Unfortunately I had to return the dress and am still waiting for my refund! Also cost me over £5 to return!!

The shipping company is not very helpful;
I work at the office 5 days a week
they do not allow weekend deliveries

Loved the dress but unfortunately the style didn’t suit me with the ruching on the side and it was a little on the snug side on the bust area, but that said it was a really lovely looking dress. So I have had to return it, but I will consider buying from them again.

Great dress, great fit and good colour choices.

I bought the Vegas dress in Deco Green, thinking it was a vibrant turquoise colour as depicted on the website. When it arrived I was very disappointed to see that it was a dull green. The quality and fit were great but the colour was not at all as expected so I had no choice but to return it. I contacted Diva and was told that the photo was taken using a flash but surely the goal is to give the most accurate representation of the colour possible. Since I live in the Republic of Ireland, I was charged customs duty and VAT (not all of which was refunded) as well as the obvious delivery and return postage charges so I would advise that, before you buy, you double check the colour to avoid wasting time and money.
I was offered discount on my next purchase, but I'd be very loath to buy anything here again.

I had debated for quite a while about ordering from this company, but eventually decided to try it. I was so incredibly disappointed at how cheap the material seemed for all four dresses that I ordered, but that wasn’t the worst of it. The returns system is archaic and takes ages to even acknowledge that they have received the returned parcel. I paid for Post Office special next day delivery to ensure they got returned promptly, and it cost a lot to return the four dresses as they are heavy, and I also insured them against loss as advised by Diva Catwalk. To add insult to injury, they deduct the cost of posting them out to you in the first instance from your refund! A very expensive and hugely disappointing experience. I would not advise using this company, not only because of the poor quality cheap looking material, but even more so, the awful returns system and policy. Incredibly disappointed.

Good communication, fast delivery, had to pay for the return postage though.

I saw the dress.. my size wasn't available.
Contacted Diva who replied so quickly saying that the next size would work.
I trusted that and within 3 days the dress arrived. Fits perfectly.
Very comfortable and easy experience.

Omg this dress is stunning just what I been looking for only one problem I ordered a xxL uk16 I am normal a xL UK 14 but it's a little snug hoping to solve problem with body con underwear dress quality is lovely and the colour is beautiful.
