I ordered here some dresses for my wife to gift her surprisingly. The lady staff helped me a lot to choice the perfect dresses. Having all the dresses my wife was very happy. Perfect sizing and great quality materials. Hopefully, she will purchase here dress from here soon. Thanks Diva Catwalk.

Over the moon with my dress and the service I received. I was unsure which size to go for and the lady on the phone was very helpful and provided me with measurements, a nice friendly service you don't get from many retailers these days. The dress arrived promptly and was beautifully packaged.

My return of order no. WEB12763 was received by Diva Catwalk on 26th January 2022, but I still don't have my refund.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which govern distance selling (i.e. online, mail and phone sales) state:
"You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods (the ‘cooling-off period’). You need to notify the retailer of your wish to cancel your order within this time period – by email, for example."
[I received my order on 11.1.22 and emailed my cancellation to Diva 10 days later on 21.1.22, so within the 14 day cooling off period.]
"You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods."
[I returned the order the following day, on 22.1.22, it was signed for by Diva Catwalk on 26.1.22 at 10.33am and I received an email from them at 11.04am confirming receipt of the return, so just 5 days after I emailed my cancellation and well within the 14 day period allowed for returning the order after cancellation.]
"The retailer must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back."
[So I should have been refunded by 9.2.22, but at the time of writing this review, 11.2.22, I still haven't been.]

Diva Team, you are in breach of the Law. Why have I not been refunded?

Within three hours of this review, I received an email confirming my refund - funny that .....

Anyway, well done to the anonymous author of Diva's defamatory response, which:
a) breaches my privacy by using my full name which I did not authorise them to do (and is the subject of a separate communication to the company's directors and to Trust Pilot - ticket no. 12759612);
b) unnecessarily repeats the timeline I had more succinctly laid out and is not in dispute (apart from their late refund);
c) is woefully ignorant of UK Consumer Law - the Regulations I refer to are STATUTE and have not been superseded by a "directive" (where do they get these numpties from?). No company's policy can deprive a consumer of their STATUTORY rights. The wording of your auto-response emails of 14 "working" days is both irrelevant and wrong - the LAW states you must refund within 14 (elapsed, not working) days of receipt of the return and there is no pandemic legislation which has changed that;
d) includes a malicious falsehood (also the subject of a separate communication to the company's directors) about a two-year old order which Diva refunded me for, not as a "goodwill gesture", but because I notified them I would be making a claim against them in the Small Claims court if they failed to do so.
Whoever wrote this depressingly ignorant, defamatory and malicious response at Diva needs retraining - or firing.

I love these dresses and now have about seven of them. They are incredibly comfortable to wear and their design helps to cover up problem areas. The fabric doesn’t crease and they are washable. Perfect!

I do love the Diva Catwalk dresses and the shipping is excellent but I would say that the packaging is a huge disappointment. I feel part of getting a new dress is the whole experience from the website, if not at a shop, right through to it arriving in the post and unwrapping it. The lovely dress came in a cheap plastic wrapper which made it feel like it came from some cheap eBay seller in China. Just spoilt the experience a bit.
The dress is lovely and I will buy again but please Diva think about the customers end experience.

Good delivery partner, great dress, great price. Only problem is that I will have to return one dress as it didn't fit me, I don't think it is free returns?

Never heard of this shop and I only found it after entering quite specific search terms for the type of dress I was looking for. I was a bit wary ordering given this fact (you need to sort your PPC and SEO out!) However....I'm glad I took a chance. All 3 dresses fit perfectly, are good quality materials and are exactly what I wanted for smart but not frumpy work dresses. Will def order again.
