Hi Jamal, I am very sorry about this. It does appear as though the recent royal mail strikes have caused a severe backlog in the delivery network and some customers are experiencing delayed delivery times. Please contact me directly at support@discountistraps.co.uk for a resolution. - Scott M
Black stretch watch strap
Strap arrived on time and fit my Apple Watch perfectly. This is the second one I have purchased from discount iStraps. Love them both as they add versatility to match with my clothes!

Thank you Nicoletta. Glad to hear it!
The speed of delivery was brilliant
The speed of delivery was brilliant, however, the strap feels and looks extremely cheap. And considering it should have been £30, it was far from it. Certainly won’t use again.

Order still not received after 2 weeks
Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and didn’t receive the istrap despite the website suggesting next day delivery. Got in touch with customer service support a week after the watch hadn’t arrived. They said they’d look into it, and then received no response after a chaser. Can’t comment on the actual strap because I haven’t received it but service is extremely poor.

Hi Jacqueline. I am sorry to hear your order took longer than expected to arrive. Unfortunately there has been delays in the recent week due to the extra holidays for the Queen's funeral.
Apologies again for the delay.
Found Discount iStraps online
Found Discount iStraps online, looked at their products, found a colour I liked and bought it! It was delivered quickly and was well packed. I’m wearing it as I type and I’m very pleased with it. Good value for money. I recommend them.

Excellent product
Excellent product, great price. Not all colours in stock but found one I liked, even though not first choice. Bit of a delay with delivery but possibly due to postal strikes (sent Royal Mail 1st class) rather than Discount iStraps. Overall very happy.
