The Watch Cabin Omdömen 

Bought a watch from them, which became faulty within a few months and the Watch Cabin didn't want to know. No reply whatsoever to calls and emails.
Eventually had to go direct to watch manufacturer for repair.
I certainly would not use them again.

I returned a faulty watch under warranty (that i'd bought as a gift for my husband on our wedding day). After nearly a month, I'm told that the Watch Cabin can no longer access their warehouse and I can't get my watch back. This is my property, with sentimental value, and the Watch Cabin have essentially lost it and can't retrieve it.

Had ordered from here several times before, however this time I placed my order and received confirmation. Two days later I received an email saying I had cancelled my order and a refund had been refunded. I called them up and was told that there had been an unforeseen circumstance at the warehouse and my order had been cancelled. I asked if I could re-order it but they said no. I went onto their website and found that I could still order it. So I called them back and again was told I couldn’t order it. A message has since appeared on their website saying no orders can be placed. A little more explanation would have been helpful

My order was taken and I paid by amazon pay. The next day I received a message to say that they were unable to process any orders due to a fault at the warehouse so it was cancelled and I was educated see within about 3-4 days!

All a bit disappointing!!

Upon seeing their good prices, I decided to order through The Watch Cabin. I place my order late on a Monday night, so expected it to arrive by Wednesday. However, I received an email on the Tuesday evening saying my order had been refunded, with no reason why! So I phoned customer support and they weren't able to find anything and referred me to email the support line. I received a quick response from the manager staying, very vaguely, that orders could no longer be fulfilled for the foreseeable future. I then questioned why they weren't able to fulfil their contractual obligation as a company, to which I received the exact same vague response!
I ordered this for a birthday present and have now had to resort to other options, which still won't arrive in time.
If you don't want to be disappointed, avoid this company at all costs!

Can not fault this company; order placed on 23.12.19 and received by the 24th in time for Christmas.
