The orders are despatched promptly. Youngsters enjoy wearing the logo kits the company retails, providing parents and grandparents, like us, with great value for money. Thank you, Una Stevens

Direct Soccer has been supplying football teams since 1997. We stock teamwear, training wear and equipment from top brands like Nike, adidas, Joma and more. All products include at least 25% off RRP as standard, plus regular offers on selected kits, training ranges, footballs and more throughout the year. In addition to supplying teams with high-quality kits, we offer an in-house printing and embroidery service, meaning you can get the best kit, at the best price, with your club badge, sponsor logos and more already added. Most products on our website are held in stock ourselves, giving us some of the fastest delivery times in the UK: customised kit in as little as 7 to 10 working days, non-customised items in 1 to 3, with estimated dates shown at checkout. We also run a fantastic loyalty program, Direct Rewards, where every purchase earns you money back in online vouchers. This has allowed us to give back over £1 million so far, to grassroots clubs and teams across the UK. This program is available to anyone, find out more information here: https://www.directsoccer.co.uk/direct-rewards Another way we support grassroots clubs is through our Club Shops. With no setup or ongoing fees, we provide a simple way for clubs to provide kit to players, coaches, parents and fans, with customisation already built in, taking the hassle out of organising kit for your club. All with Direct Rewards already built in. Read more about it here: https://www.directsoccer.co.uk/clubhub/online-club-shops

Changed small printed number sizes…
Changed small printed number sizes without clearly letting customers know, meaning we’ve now kit and tracksuits with clearly different sized numbers.
I contacted customer services and it’s now just basically a hard luck story after spending over £2500 with them this year.

Thanks for your feedback.
We did update the sizing of our small printed numbers and initials back in April 2026, this followed feedback from customers who felt the previous sizing was larger than industry standard, so the change was made to bring it more in line. We communicated this update at the time via email and on our website. Orders placed since then will therefore use the newer, smaller sizing, which is why kit and tracksuits ordered before and after that point may now look slightly different.
We appreciate this wasn't clear to you at the time, and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Thanks,
Lewis

We can see you reported this to us on Friday, and we've raised an investigation with our Quality Control team to look into this. We understand needing the items meant you had to reorder in the meantime, and we're sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

Had to pay £14 for delivery and the ball is faulty. Wont keep air in it, no point in attempting to return with ridiculous postage charges like that. I have bought from here before with no issues and hopefully just a one off but this was the first time postage was so expensive! Update - Hats off to direct soccer, exceptional customer service addressing my issues.

I was disappointed with the delivey estimate
I was disappointed with the delivery estimate, it wasn’t accurate. And I had to prompt contact to find out if there had been a reason for the additional delay. Granted, it’s a busy time of year but even a basic automated email to apologise for the delay would be beneficial.
