I approached Direct Shop Fittings to check if they stocked a particular shelf bracket, a pack of which I had misplaced and therefore could not complete my assembly. Edwina was most helpful. I provided details and photos of the bracket and, although they were not held in their stock, Edwina offered to search for the item amongst other stockists until she found a source and offered to place the order on my behalf.
The service I received was exceptional - professional, patient, resourceful, clear in communication and delivering results on time.
Above all, I was particularly impressed when, at the last minute, just before completing the order, I happened to find the misplaced brackets and contacted Edwina to regrettably cancel the order. She was genuinely pleased for me and cancelled the order without any hassle whatsoever. It was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Direct Shop Fittings. Keep the great service going Edwina!

All outdoor structures and garden furniture items are currently produced to order and is despatched in around 10 working days from order. We show this information on the product description in an effort to ensure that customers have all relevant information at the time of order.
Checking your order details for you today, it shows that the transport team are due to collect your log store in the next 1 to 2 working days. They will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
It would be great if you could provide us with further feedback once you have received and assembled your log store.

Incomplete order
Was sent a dress rail that at first arrived incomplete, then other bits sent didn’t fit together. Asked for a refund and am now being fobbed off. Not happy.

Warning AVOID at any cost
Warning: Stay Away! Do not trust this supplier. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. After placing an order, I waited anxiously for its arrival, only to be sorely disappointed when it arrived a whopping 10 days later than promised.
The real trouble began when I decided to return it. Little did I know that this decision would lead to an even bigger headache.
I returned the item, yet the company has been withholding my £300 refund without any valid explanation.
Their customer service is practically non-existent, and attempts to reach out to them have been futile. Each time I inquire about my refund, I am met with vague responses and empty promises, with no resolution in sight.
This supplier's blatant disregard for their customers' time and money is appalling. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs. They are nothing but a scam, preying on unsuspecting customers with false promises and delayed refunds.

I am sorry about the delays experienced with your recent order and for the misunderstanding surrounding your delivery requirements.
As soon as we were notified that the items were no longer needed, I arranged for the goods to be collected and I confirmed that we would arrange the refund for you once the goods had been received back to our warehouse.
Due to the bank holiday weekend and an increase in activity, it did unfortunately take us 2 days to process your refund. I am sure that you could confirm from our email communications that I did my best to keep you updated and informed along the way.
We work hard to deliver on our promises. However, if on occasion things go wrong, we will do our best to put things right as quickly and with as little inconvenience to our customers as possible. Unfortunately, it seems that on this occasion we were unable to do that to your satisfaction.
As a small business that genuinely care and consistently go over and above to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations, I must say that I find your comments unfair and inaccurate.
