Ordered 25 shopping baskets
Ordered 25 shopping baskets. Delivery arrived quickly but the packaging was falling apart and several baskets were smashed and chipped.

This company is unbelievable I ordered a piece of glass made to measure it’s arrived perfect and so fast to top it up the bubble wrap they used and the amount must have been worth more than the glass great packaging and great service you won’t go wrong

Good service and choice of products but disappointing quality
I ordered some chrome brackets for 25mm metal bars/rails. This was the only place I could find what I was looking for and the price was reasonable. The items arrived quickly. Unfortunately the quality of the products is poor. The metal plates are poorly cut, the welding is messy, the chrome is scratched and discoloured in places, and it has debris under it resulting in little bobbles. There are sharp edges at the ends of the tubes. I have not able to review the products on the website. Overall I would rate my order as 3* for service, price choice and design, but 1* for quality.

Delivered before expected date. Well packaged. All looks to be good quality and as advertised however we have not used the product yet but looks to be well worth the money we have paid. Would definitely recommend.

Very disappointing experience. Our company paid £12 for “priority dispatch,” yet the product arrived a full week after purchase, with no communication or updates provided in the meantime.
When the item finally arrived, it was in poor condition with scratches all over. After contacting customer service, we were advised to use a warm damp cloth to remove what was claimed to be a “protective film.” Despite multiple attempts by several team members, the film could not be removed.
Unfortunately, the company offered no meaningful assistance or resolution. To make matters worse, they do not provide a return service, leaving us stuck with a faulty product.
This was our first and, regrettably, last time purchasing from this company.

I am sorry to hear that your first experience with us was so disappointing for you. We really aim for every customer to have a great experience, and we clearly missed the mark here.
First off, we want to offer a big apology for the delay on your "Priority Dispatch" order and for not providing updates while you waited. We're looking into what went wrong on our end to make sure our priority service lives up to its name every time.
We absolutely understand why you were worried about the scratches. The reason for that is the protective film we leave on the material during manufacturing and shipping—it’s there to protect the product itself from getting scratched. We're really sorry that the film proved so tough to peel off, even after trying the warm damp cloth trick.
Just to confirm what was discussed privately: we were happy to offer a full refund for both the goods and the delivery cost if you sent the item back and we confirmed it was faulty upon inspection. We also had to clarify that we wouldn't be able to process a full refund if the protective film was found to be in place and removable as expected.
We truly value all customer feedback and always try our best to help you overcome any issues. We're genuinely sorry we couldn't find a satisfactory resolution for you this time.
We wish you all the best and truly hope you'd consider giving us another chance in the future.

Damaged Item and no help
The item I bought arrived damaged on Friday afternoon, my staff received it and send a photo of the item. I've contacted you on Saturday morning on the automatic system, and then contacted you again today morning.
Now I'm asked to send photos of the packaging, label, box etc that I do not have anymore. It was Friday, I have a very small cafe and can't keep packaging inside. And the reply is that you can't help me if Idont have the packaging and that your policy is stated on the e mail with the invoice....

I'm very sorry your item arrived damaged, and I understand how frustrating it is to be asked for packaging when you run a busy cafe and don't have space to keep it. That's not the experience we want any customer to have.
As a small independent team, we rely on the carrier's claims process to resolve damage, and carriers need photos of the packaging and labels to accept a claim. That's why we ask for them on our despatch notes and invoices. We're sorry that wasn't clear at the time.
