Direct Retail Outlet, excellent service.
Once again Direct Retail Outlet provided an excellent service. Good product at a competitive price including postage. The courier Yodel provided regular updates and the package was delivered earlier than expected. It was well packed and in good condition.
I would strongly recommend this seller and the Tough Stuff gloss white paint supplied.

Yodel left parcel on doorstep which is exposed to everyone
What went wrong was that the delivery driver left my parcel on my doorstep, and when I got home from work the parcel was gone, and am having trouble trying to get this situation sorted as am down a box of spray and £30 odd pound, not happy at all.
