I have bought numerous spray paints…

I have bought numerous spray paints from your company and before this I would have given 5 stars excellent service ,but inn my last order two of the cans had been damaged and the tops were broken of and were unusable, I tried to inform you via your website but found it impossible to inform you of my grievance to hard to navigate around site it brings you to chat then wanted email when all this was done it then sent me back to start again, give up at this time and took it on the chin. Please make it simple to click on my order give the option of return ,reason for return instead of having to jump through hoops. Rant over.

We’re very sorry to hear that two cans in your last order arrived damaged and unusable. That’s certainly not the standard we aim to deliver. We’re also particularly concerned to hear about the difficulty you experienced trying to contact us through our website. We never want customers to feel like they have to “jump through hoops” to resolve an issue.

Black Iron Gate gloss paint

Item arrived on time and well packaged. I haven't used the paint as yet because of the weather, but it's a good price for the size of the tin. I'm very happy with my purchase.
