Fantastic company to deal with
Just before Christmas I bought a spare part for my filter, unfortunately the one I ordered did not fit. I have an old filter and after some back and forth emails it was decided that the part I required was never going to be available. Customer Service at Direct Pool Supplies were very helpful and explained things well. I asked for a refund and this was sorted without any hassles. Could not be happier and will continue to buy from Direct Pool Supplies in future.

Never received online order
Can’t give anything other than one star, never received parts that were ordered. Even went to the store and found the staff less than helpful in trying to resolve the issue. Very dissatisfied with the service.

I ordered Zodiac but got a different brand in a large bottle that I find hard to manage. I can’t remember exact date.
