Unacceptable service. Bought some items and paid for next day delivery, courier form confirmed receipt but failed to deliver on specified next day delivery. Items eventually arrived a day late.

Items purchases were of bad quality and although all the same size from the same brand all 3 items were completely different in sizes. Now I’m sure that part is not Direct Golf’s fault. Anyway, I repackaged items to return. Now Direct Golf make you pay for your own returns, which is less of a normality these days but I paid for recorded delivery to return the items. Items delivered and signed for 11 days ago and yet I have received no notification that my refund is being processed. I have emailed regarding this case and still no reply, 4 days and counting and yet I cannot find a telephone number to contact Customer Services even though the automated response tells me they are open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm. What is the point of letting people know this if you cannot actually get hold of anyone? Terrible service, terrible company and will never use again. As others have said previously, wish I had read up on reviews before ordering.

Like others on Trustpilot, I paid for next day delivery for some clubs I bought on Monday. It's now Thursday morning and no clubs and no response from customer service. Wish I'd read their reviews, which are shocking. Do not buy from this company. Also need to point out that their delivery company, Hermes now trading as Evri, is just as bad. They emailed on Monday to say they had my clubs and would be delivering them on Tuesday. Feel as though I've been scammed by two UK listed PLC's. Who the f@#k do you trust these days?

Absolutely Appalling service ordered something for a birthday gift before 8pm 2nd September. Paid an extra £7.99 to these people for Next day delivery which was said to be between the hours of 9am - 9pm on 3rd September.

Order was never delivered.

Would never trust them again personally.

*Disclaimer*anyone with a bad review writes this... However if I could I would give them an ABSOLUTE 0 review. Was buzzing order some new golf gear... once I received my tracking ensured I kept an eye on it/ (made sure someone was home) the day of the arrival I had a notification saying my tracking had been delivered. Rushed home to receive it. To come home to nothing. I appreciate it ain’t all on golf direct. But WOW customer service is the most sloppiest bunch I have come across... the way these punters acted, I’m shocked they have a job. But to be honest with a bloke like Mike Ashley in charged I ain’t surprised. Where’s my refund?

If I could give this company 0 stars I would!! Order a wet suit for my husband for Xmas, wanted to start early. 1st they sent my the wrong order. So returned it on the 8th/09/20, after not receiving my refund! Contact them, was told to wait the time scale for returns, ok I waited! And Contact them again. Was told due to covid I would need to give them more time. Give them another week. And Contact again on both occasions i sent them my proof of postage! By the way I most add it took them days to reply back too me. Anyway after 3 weeks, they replied to my email & informed me that it was not there response ability as on tracking my returns its was saying still with royal mail, and I would need to contact them, so they would be closing the investigation, if I wanted to open the ticket I needed to respond to the email. Which I did. They had sent me the wrong item. I contacted Royal mail And made a complaint. After receiving a letter from Royal Mail saying either the address was invalid or it was wrong, email direct Sports sent them a copy of the letter from Royal Mail, and told them it was there fault for providing me with the wrong address!! They sent me an email today saying again I need to contact the courier as they can't be held for missing parcels! What the hell is wrong with this company!!!.. they send me the wrong order, and wrong address to send the wrong order back. And blame everyone else.. I've opened a dispute with both my credit card & PayPal. I will never order off this company again. As for not been able to ring these people directly, and having to wait for days for them to reply! Not on. Worst company ever.

I stupidly order golf shoes from Direct Golf, not realising they were part of Sports Direct (already had an issue with next day delivery from them, I did manage to get a refund for the delivery cost, after a lot of effort. Returned the shoes as they didn't fit. I had to pay return postage).

Allegedly, this latest pair from Direct Golf were given to Hermes (who you cannot telephone) on the 6/6/2020. There they have stayed in the Hermes local depot since the 6/6/2020). I finally managed to get an e-mail to Hermes, as DG weren't responding, they sent the same e-mail twice (typical). Saying that I should contact DG as, their words: "I can see your parcel hasn’t moved within our network since 06/06/2020. Your retailer likes to ensure their customers have the most efficient resolution when there is a delay in your parcel’s movement so I would advise that you make contact with them and they will be able to help you get this resolved."

Both organisations are a bag of 5h17.

My first parcel from Sports Direct had clearly been opened by hand, by the way it had been torn open. Presumably the wrong size for the person who opened.

I'll never use SD or DG again, and would certainly check on who is delivering. I have had to raise an issue with PayPal, who expect me to wait until 8/7/2020 for the retailer to respond!!!!

I'd get a quicker refund via my bank. Once this is all over, I'm going to close my PayPal account. I'll buy my goods via a shop. That way I'll have the goods physically in my possession.

Puma Golf shorts,

Ordered 38" got 41", I know coronavirus might put a few pounds on but I'm never going to fill these !!

I'm trying hard to get it sorted, even sent invoice and label pictures to prove the item.
They said we will contact you within 3 days. now 7 has passed, best not hold my breath on this one....

I ordered golf balls priced £46, was sent golf balls clearly marked up at £35.
No communication or refund for the difference.
BEWARE

After a little initial delay they delivered and with a great product. One very happy and relived customer. The company does exist, it's no scam and parts do appear on your doorstep.

Adidas trousers not adidas, they simply put an Adidas label on them. Shocking, avoid at all cost.

Really bad company, when you have a problem they just do NOT take there responsibility.
Looking at the response I get, I presume the customer service is in India

Ordered club did not arrive after six weeks said they would send another club did not arrive so I rang them they said they would reimburse me this this did not happen now can't get them on the phone. Con men avoid

Wish I had taken the trouble to look at reviews but I didnt via Amazon!. Avoid... I'll never use them again. Had to cancel order now trying to get money back from paypal

Great online shop,with products and prices only trouble is they dont deliver,they lied to me over the phone,ive had to get paypal resolution involved case ongoing,think this company is a scam,try nordica golf,golfstore pro and gamola golf instead

Sadly the clothing items I purchased and paid for never arrived. I have written more than 20 times and no response. I am now dealing with Trading Standards and Paypal resolution centre. Terrible, please do not use them and make the same mistake as me!

Absolutely no customer service. Impossible to contact. Emailed at least twenty times but no response. So sorry I bought a putter from them they do not deserve my custom.

The worst customer service I've come across - avoid.

Sent the wrong product out - and worst of all it had clearly been used before - probably a shop demo, or second hand product from another customer.

Customer services are non existent - it is nearly impossible to speak to them on the phone. When they finally did get back to me they told me they'd have a courier to pick it up - 2 couriers arrived on separate dates.

Customer services then said they had no record of the return.

I am owed a refund and so far it has taken 3 weeks with no progress.

Really bad - avoid at all costs.

I’ve ordered a few things from Direct Golf lately, and usually it has been okay, except a Nike belt which was broken at arrival. Friday I ordered a new parcel, paid extra for arrival yesterday - but only just arrived Sunday lunch time, and only half of my order was in the parcel, so I am disappointed and annoyed. I can’t find any phone number for customer service... Not happy right now!

Asked a question about a product on their site as I was going to buy it.... never replied. Great service that. They lost out on 200 quid.

Worst Online Company.

Poor to non-existent communication and still waiting for golf clubs almost 10 days after placing order, naturally the money was taken immediately!! Avoid them like the plague.
