Good experience
Site was easy to navigate, good range of products, I accidentally ordered shoes for me and my husband separately as I didn't realise it's the same website only after I had placed the order for his shoes. My husband was very pleased with his shoes, mine were too small and I had to return, which was smooth - customer support very responsive and helpful. Now waiting for my new pair which I'm sure will be here soon :)

Competitive pricing. Really fast delivery. Very impressed
Site was easy to get around. My very first visit here and pleasantly surprised at the very competitive prices. I got just what I wanted at the very best price on the net.
Delivery within five days considering there was a bank holiday here in Northern Ireland in between all that, DPD delivered really quickly.
I’d no need for customer service and would highly recommend a visit here. I’ll defo be back.

Quality badminton shoes at a fair price.
Socks were out of stock - there was rather a long wait before this was identified., but then the company emailed to explain and refunded me efficiently for the non delivery.

Racket returns policy beware!
Despite the generous returns policy they would not accept my badminton racket back. I had taken the clear plastic grip wrapper off so that I could have a few hits. I mean, why would you not? You can't get a proper feel for a racket with it sliding around in your hands. Anyway, that was reason enough for them not to take it back, despite it being in mint condition. Won't be buying from these again and I will make sure all members of my club won't either. Since my review they have contacted to me to say it is all laid out in the returns policy. It is in fact NOT laid out in the returns policy. Goods simply need to be 'merchantable'. For instance, shoes that have been worn must have dust/dirt cleaned off them(obviously), so I thought how I used the racket would be no problem. How wrong I was!

As a retailer, we are unable to repackage products or restore them to the same condition in which they are supplied by the manufacturer. Once the protective plastic wrapping has been removed from the racket handle, we can no longer guarantee to another customer that the racket is brand new and unused. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to accept the item as a return.
This policy is standard across the majority of retailers and brands and is clearly outlined in our Returns Policy.

DirectBadminton.co.uk made ordering incredibly simple, with a clean layout and simple restringing options that allowed me to restring to the Exbolt 68 at 24 lbs with no hassle. The bundle I ordered, including Arcsaber 11 Play, exbolt 68, 3-pack black Super Grap, and Yonex case, was the best deal I could find. Delivery options were also flexible and unambiguous. The only thing I'd want to see is an Arcsaber 11 Tour option, as the build and feel difference between the Play and Pro models is fairly evident, but the whole purchasing experience was smooth, dependable, and excellent value.

The products were good but the service…
The products were good but the service in restrung/stench patterning on the string was RUBBISH- pattern got smeared. Sent them feedback and clear photos about this but didn’t bother to send back for them to INSPECT before they would believe it is real or not.

Disappointment regarding my recent…
Disappointment regarding my recent purchase of Victor badminton grips from your company.
Upon opening and using the grips, I immediately noticed that the material appears to be old or expired and the grip surface is deteriorating. This is not the quality I would expect from a new product, especially from a reputable badminton retailer.

Misleading sizes. Don’t buy online!
The Victor t-shirt I ordered was too big - I asked for size small UK, but instead I got a large size Asia. At least give me a medium Asia size if that was the case. Why large?!
The Victor skirt size I ordered was 36 (size 10 UK size) and it is too small and tight, like a UK extra small size.
The Yonex ladies small socks is too big.
