The original item was damaged by the delivery company. Upon contacting Direct4pets they handled and resolved the matter very quickly, efficiently and with professionalism. A replacement was received within 24 hours.

Great company to deal with. I had a problem with my order not being delivered (courier company at fault) and direct4pet responded immediately to my email and got a replacement order delivered to me the next day using a different courier. The customer service department are one of the best I've dealt with for a long time. Additionally their prices are very competitive. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I order Advantage flea treatments from them and they spotted that I'd accidentally selected the option for cats over 4kg and my cat is 3.1kg so they canceled the order and explained why. HUGELY appreciate this and I have revised my knowledge of the greater and less than symbols (aaaaaah!!).

Looking for medication for my dog I came across Direct4pet , I found what I wanted and followed the instructions to purchase , order placed at 11-44 and received email at 16-02 to tell me my order was being processed at 16-40 I received notification that my order was on the way . Excellent service

Stay away from this company, they are incredibly unprofessional, incompentent, not fit for business.
They had the nerve to ask me for a performance review immediately after my purchase and way before the item was even shipped! I told them you are not getting a review until I receive my goods and these are in pristine conditions.
Yet they did not provide me with tracking details and 5 days later their courier (EVRI) informs me the goods are damaged in transit and I would need to get in touch with them? Seriously? Dream on!

I've asked for an immediate refund and told them they are a cowboy outfit. And that is the truth.
Never again. You better stay clear this company is not trusthworthy.
