Genuine product at a good price, speedy delivery

Sat at depot for 48hrs saying the same thing out for delivery ! Contacted direct 4 pet oh its on its way get back in touch if you havent received it in 24hrs its already been 3 days !! Also the tracking number they gave after I emailed stated tracking not found - on hermes site . Just rubbish . Won't be ordering again.

I've had a subscription for a product that Direct4pet sells for a couple of months or so now and am very pleased with the experience so far. I receive plenty of updates on when to expect my next delivery and I'm very pleased to be able to re-schedule my delivery if I need to - and I have done so on one occasion.

Easy to find what I was looking for and the item was at an excellent price. Great communication, I was kept advised of my orders progress. Fast, tracked delivery which is very helpful when waiting for a parcel to arrive. I would highly recommend.

It was easy to find the products I needed for my cat.
There was choices and products tailored to the pets weight.
The delivery was free which I appreciate and although hasn't arrived yet , it is promised to be prompt.
The professional approach to pet care, with a questionnaire to ensure safe administration of products is great, but I felt it would have been better if I had nt got to answer he questions twice ( i ordered 2 products at once)

The original delivery company let Direct4pets down. When i contacted them regarding non delivery, they immediately arranged an urgent next day delivery. It was good to speak to someone on the phone and the lady was extremely helpful.

What a brilliant company, the prices and the products are excellent and their delivery time is exemplary, would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service, I was struggling to find a retailer offering Saturday delivery. I desperately need Oralade for a very sick dog. This will at least give him a fighting chance. Thank you for giving me one less thing to worry about.

As a new customer, this is my second order. You can order direct from their website or their EBay store. I’m impressed with the price of the product I order which includes P&P and communication/despatch/delivery is impressive too.

Easy to order and good communication. Wax cotton proof product for wax jackets cheaper than other companies also with free postage. What’s not to like!

Robust useful poobags in an eco friendly easy to use dispenser pack. My dog won't appreciate them but I certainly do!
