I urgently needed liver support for my poorly cat as he won't take another product the vet suggested.
I ordered on Thursday and paid a premium for Amazon next day delivery. On Saturday night it had still not been dispatched.
Finally turned up on Tuesday afternoon.
Dreadful slow service for a company supplying something as important as pet medication. Why offer fast delivery options if you can't fulfil?
Definitely won't be using again.

EVRI dumped my parcel somewhere. Direct4pet offered a refund or replacement without any argument - great customer service.
Hope they gave EVRI hell and stop using them!

Excellent price for Scrumbles. Cheaper than the supermarkets. Free delivery, and prompt. I Have ordered from Direct4Pet before and will continue to do so.

I had a problem ordering on the website but an immediate warm response on the phone with sound advice - close everything and try again - this worked though I still had to go into the empty basket then ‘continue shopping’ to get it to take my order. Hey ho, by then I felt I wanted to deal with this firm because they seemed interested in helping me.

I have always found direct 4 pets to be great value, great service...and sways keep you informed of regular repeat orders and on rare occasions when awaiting stock( that has only happened once in two years). The customer is always able to alter the repeat order delivery date which can be very useful too.

Have used this dealer often. Always had a great experience with them and they have good products reasonably priced. Very efficient service all around. I would recommend them.
