It was disappointing when your claim was rejected by the first of our Solicitors to review the matter. However, with our experience and knowledge, we remained confident that you had a good claim and that we could place the matter, so we're delighted that we've been able to do that!
Solicitors take different views on cases for various reasons and whilst we wouldn't try to place a claim that didn't have merit, our system enables us to seek 2-3 opinions on cases if needed and we often find that this allows us to place cases.

First of all, I would like to thank Ian for his kindness and help during the application process. I was also very pleasantly surprised when he went out of his way to explain some things related to the process using Google translate in my own language which happened to me for the first time since I came to the UK. Ian was and is absolutely brilliant. He's not pushy and he makes me feel totally at ease when speaking to him. He explains everything properly and doesn't use fancy words to try and confuse me. Most of all he doesn't pressure you to use them ,he gives you plenty of time to mull things over and talk to your family and friends. I'd definitely use this firm again and would recommend them 100%
