Absolutely a scam!!
I am a business owner and they scammed me with the exact same way as the rest…
I am based in the UK btw,
stay away from them!

Very good, hopefully leading to a lovely working relationship.

Pooja was very professional and helpful. I would 100% recommend the service of this company.

Good communication from the team, however I didn’t really see a positive impact from the advertisement. They were good to extend my advert when the display was out of order for 12 days.
Customer service was good, however a little pushy about leaving a review which has knocked a star off.

Helpful, trying to accomodate my needs.

It is very simple , they were patient . Made corrections willingly , listened carefully what i wanted and submitted the final product just as i wanted it .

Further more.... If you spend a bit of time to read people disappointing reviews in here you will probably need to spend most of your life to go through investigation... no company will survive with the disaster service and customer service like yours ....

KEEP CLEAR of this Company!! As many other people have said this Company is a disgrace and you should keep clear of them. The contract is clearly unfair and they make no correspondence to tell you they are rolling it over for a third year. Having had no leads whatsoever from their adverts, there is no way i would have allowed the contract to roll over had i known they intended to do this. they then try bully boy tactics to try and scare you into paying. Vijoy their "customer relation manager" is nothing but a cheat and a scoundrel. Just look at the other recent reviews - you know I'm right!!

Like a lot of people, I have had a poor experience with Multimedia International Services/Direct Digital.
I was originally offer an acceptable price to have an advert placed in two locations. This price doubled after waiting for 3 months to actually approve the advert.
The system that the advert was running on was temperamental to say the least.....
I had to close my business in Jan 2023, and explained this to the company. They wanted to take payments until OCT 2023 to cover the years contract, which I have paid.
Yesterday I received a letter, that my account had been transferred to Commercial Debt Recovery agent, as I had outstanding payment for the last 2 years - This is the only communication I have received in the last year.......

Cheaters! They said you can cancel our service any time if you not happy with results and after you want cancel they become bad attitude persons and treat you like trash .... and they don't want cancel agreement.... of course they don't want loose money.... don't trust them!!!

Be aware! This is a scam company and will
Rip you off your money. Be aware. Screens are small,nowhere to be seen.
Not worth any money but once u sign a contract u need to send a printed letter within14 days to cancel- other wise you are F”””ed! No emails will help. They dont let u read the contract when signing by the way. They will
Tell you all the lies just to get u to sign’up and u ll
Be loosing about £1500 a year. Into thin AIR puff! Your money is gone.
