Had an issue with a reward being validated and rewarded through Eureka. I emailed support concerning the reward and within a couple of hours they figured out and validated my account and was awarded the appropriate amount.

still never got my rewards from 2 months ago. Im owed over $20. They waited so long my claim expired and you cant put in another claim for the same reward. Of course you cant. Ive spent money on apps and never got the reward for it. It happens very often. If you gett small rewards like .50 or $1 you will get that in a split sec but if its over $5 you will have to email them and wait a few weeks. Terrible service

Terrible company. Do not use AdGem especially if you have any expectations. They're dishonest and possessive zero ethics. They lure people in with many empty promises and use the catch 22 of the "support window" which is closed by time you complete the task for the desired reward. Their staff is lackadaisical and couldn't care less about their user's responses. I regret wasting those hours of my life.

Very efficient and effective when I needed a review with regards to a missing reward payment for a task I was pleasantly surprised by the swiftness they were able to determine my request was valid and they didn't argue or try to dispute my claims. Paid already. Simple. Thank you!

Here we go again, more tracking issues! Don't know why I keep doing these quests or why Fliff has yet to get rid of AdGem after enough complaints from it's users. But I started another quest that has tracked 16/17 goals just fine for the past 11 days, now for the biggest reward it all of a sudden stopped tracking. And I have given it plenty of time to update, and have went several levels past the required level. So, I had to waste more time opening up a support request which could take up to 14 business days. It did not take me 14 business days to complete the offer, plus I had to spend some money on the game, now I have to wait? This is so unfair and unethical of AdGem, even after all the bad reviews and BBB complaints, they have not fixed their tracking issues. Or maybe they do it on purpose to not payout the bigger rewards to people. Everyone needs to file complaints with their states Attorney General and the Federal Trades Commission, because obviously these bad reviews and BBB complaints are not enough! Also, there are other offerwalls available, and these businesses need to be held accountable too for not doing their due diligence in researching these offerwall ad networks they do business with!

P.S. Swagbucks was an offer through Fliff (AdGem response on another review said it wasn't), because I downloaded it through there also. Also, several of AdGem's responses on BBB complaints references a "rare error" or "error in our system", how many system errors is it gonna take before you fix your systems?

This is a scam. Not even trying to hide it at this point.

Edit: I see they replied to this. They do not respond once contacted. I have sent 4 emails and not one was replied to.

This app some bs. They never pay. Always deem you ineligible after you download a new app-which im sure they get revenue on from the app. Scammers.

So far have received every reward earned and that is more than I can say for a lot of similar apps out there Benjamin, free cash to name a couple.

This company is one of my favorites and I love completing offers for them!
