1 only because minus isn't a possibility. Just surprised that they are still in existence, in whatever form or another. Don't bother reading further, everything that people say in the reviews is true, especially the negative ones. The good ones, I would seriously question. If you want to do business with these people, get yourself a good solicitor. You'll need it!

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE - REFUND ONLY PAID AFTER GOING TO COURT
I had a very disappointing experience with Vistavue Ltd / Direct Digital
We experienced ongoing issues with the screen not working from the very beginning, despite providing evidence, making phone calls which I repeatedly raised with the company, saying that the screens were not working at all, I was repeatedly told and fobbed off everything was fine. REALLY!
After a long dispute (1 Year) with this company who eventually admitted and acknowledged fault, customer service is a joke they offered me a refund in writing and for 3 months they kept assuring me I was on their payment run, this refund never materialised, They should of sent me the money as it ended up costing them more! Certainly would not want her working for my Company.

I informed them I would be taking them to court which I did, they then sent me a letter offering me more money than the original refund!! I agreed to this, however I was more than happy to go to court with the amount of evidence I had.

Part of the refund was paid, but the remaining balance was delayed despite clear promises about when it would be processed. When I queried this, I was told the refund had been processed and that I should check my bank, interestingly the payment only appeared shortly after I requested proof that it had actually been sent. If I had not of chased this I would have had to wait even longer.

Overall the experience involved a lot of chasing, changing explanations and lies causing unnecessary stress before the matter was finally resolved.

I would strongly advise ANYONE considering using this company to precede with real caution.
And please check your screens are working as they will fob you off!!!

I paid for advertising in local health facilities. I felt comfortable doing this as I knew the facilities and confirmed they were working with direct digital.
Unfortunately, one location fell through, and the others never managed to get the actual screens installed (all after I had already made the initial payment). It took me over a year and many frustrating hours to finally get my money back- and I believe I only managed that because I had carefully negotiated my terms and had amendments made to the original contracts.
While I believe some of the customer support/managers are trying to provide a helpful product- it was a complete disaster.

Getting the advert created was simple, the Vistaview team has done all the work and created a good looking advert for me.

Be able to ask questions and have them answered quickly has been very helpful too.

I had an awful experience with Direct Digital. They made me sign a digital contract that never worked properly, and I never received any confirmation email or copy of the agreement saying “this is your contract.” After that, they completely disappeared — no support, no updates, and no service provided.

Weeks later, they suddenly contacted me demanding full payment for the entire contract, even though they had never delivered anything. They even threatened to take me to court if I didn’t pay. In the end, I ended up paying for something that never worked and was never provided.

This company should be avoided at all costs. When you look at how many bad reviews they already have, it’s clear this isn’t just bad luck — it’s a pattern. They seem to make a living out of taking money from small businesses and people without giving anything in return. Stay away from Direct Digital.

Money grab without results, it looks nice though

This company is a deliberate scam. My experience was exactly as many other ex-customers here. They fake contracts and delay communications, in order to try to trap you into years of roll-on contracts. In addition they didn't supply the services for which I contracted for 1 year; far less did they supply services for the 3 years for which they tried to sting me. They have a really heavy-handed approach, demanding money or "court action will follow". Keep the evidence of the actual contract you signed, and of the services not being supplied, and then let them take you to court - they bailed out ON THE DAY of the court case (wasting yet another day of my time) because they could see they had no case. "How could this company improve?" asks Trustpilot - well they could try going straight, but that really isn't their business model.

Horrible company who does scam to you by not giving you correct details of sales

This company is not genuine, They are not there to work for but take money. They show you high hope and result but it gives 0 (zero) result.

In addition, several promises made by sales person were never fulfilled:

He assured me that I would be connected with the team at Hotel Duval — this never happened.

He promised that a tour van would bring guests to the gallery — this also never materialized.

I was shown only first page which I read and signed, After 3 days they sent me the contract. After 2 years I see that there were additional lines which my husband I do not remember reading at the time of contract. Their Contract Number field was blank.

Given these unmet commitments and the lack of clear disclosure regarding automatic renewal, I believe it is unfair and misleading to charge an additional amount beyond the two years I signed and paid for.

Absolute scam. Signed up to advertise in a doctors surgery. After three months of paying for my advert I went in to the surgery and found no advertising going on at all. The Practice Manager also told me that they never advertise local business and is doubtful that any other NHS surgery would either. I phoned the firm to demand my money bank and was told theyd have to speak to the site staff and get back to me. I've now reported them to my bank for fraud and we shall see what happens next.

Awful company, ex 'premier league footballer' sales rep, pressure selling, zero results, zero customer service, off-shored to India.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Targeting small businesses.

Absolutely without doubt the worst "advertising and marketing" company out there. I invested $3000 into their digital concierge at a hotel in California. None of the promises made by the company were kept. Zero return on investment. Not one thing done to try and hold their end of the bargain and wouldn't even provide analytics for interactions made by their tacky toy screen. If you want to invest $3000 wisely for your advertising business, I suggest withdrawing the full amount from the bank in cash and setting fire to it for a tiktok or instagram reel. It will 100% get more traction and engagement than dealing with this barrel of monkeys. AVOID THIS SO CALLED COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM!!

If I could give no stars I absolutely would! this company is a massive scam, I had a salesman that come to visit me back in November 2024. Who would not take no for an answer. I was a young girl in my salon alone. And I felt so uncomfortable that I paid a deposit to get rid of him. Thinking the next day I would be able to call up and get my deposit back. Little to my knowledge a signature has been forged onto one of there contracts. No contract was shown or mentioned to me on the day. After months of back and forth emails with the company and them ignoring any wrong doing. They decided they would take me to court! The stress this caused on me was awful, untold sleepless nights. Thankfully I won my court case. And will be getting all of my money back. It’s awful to think that so many others will have to go through this. Be warned of this company! I believe they have now changed their trading name to vistavue. Says it all really that they’ve had to change their name.

Was contacted via direct digital in regards to helping my small company and advertising it through a GP, so far i have had several issues with them. My company went on hold due to a contract for my premises ended. Had to find a relocation. So even when i didnt have a new location I was told i had to pay the for the advert full charge.
without my permission they took the photos of the old premises and said that they have set up the advert. Now unaware that I would have even more additional cost coming through, I have now been told for the next year and a half i have to pay a direct debit of extra money for this advertising situation. I am so annoyed and the fact they have very false advertising and extra cost, you are forced to stay with them for 2years. so now i have to be forced to find a location just so i can keep this bill being paid. Will be seeking legal advice. My advice do not let anyone push you to signing a deal when you haven't done much research and they always target the fresh new company because they know you will be excited to get marketing to boost your business and this is how they get you.

how i wish i could give zero.how I wish I never received the call of that sales guy who called me some where januaRyan 2024.give me all assurance that he himself new was not true.came to my house with his on tablet to lie to me and convince me to sign a contract that i did not even have the priv to read over.just to be told I cannot opt out till the two years contract ends.after paying for adverts that I did not benefit from was later drag to court demanding me to pay £2050 for breaching a contract that i signed out of lies and ignorance

Scam Scam Scam. If I could give no star I would. Sales person did not highlight terms and conditions such as no cooling off period and a so called 2 year unbreakable business to business contract. Was promised an "interactive advertising display" in a "high traffic" area and instead found out I have an add on a television screen in a waiting area which has no relevence to my business. Over 1 year of payments and not one single referral from this advert. Completely disingenious company and like others I really wish I had done my research. Unfortunately a valuable lesson learned.
