Be careful ordering from @Dior online…I ordered a bag that arrived to me in used condition. I presume it was a previous return. I sent it back. @Dior refused my return stating that the bag had been used 🙈…. Now I’m left with the bag and no refund…
@Dior ripped me off!

High Prices mean Low Low Customer Service

You would expect with the price band that Dior is in they who have excellent customer service standards. Unfortunately this isn't the case. They have to be the worst company I have dealt with.
Their website states next day delivery, this is not the case as on 2 occasions where i have ordered early morning and no products the next working day. My latest order is yet to arrive, even though DPD claim to have left it outside my house. They took a picture of my CLOSED door with a box on the floor. When I went to said door 4hrs later there was no parcel there. I am now out of pocket and have spent numerous hours trying to contact someone in Dior. SHOCKING

Zero customer service

I've been buying Higher eau de toillete for about 15 years, but the last time I bought it the scent had completely changed and was much weaker. After a couple of back and forth emails with them, they agreed to refund me and sent a dodgy photocopied form over, but when I pointed out I had three, not one, to refund and there was no confirmation on how I'd receive the money, they've gone completely silent on me.

6 emails and more than an hour on hold on the phone, and still nothing, so they really don't care about their customers. Even those who've been spent thousands of pounds with them over the years.

Absolutely awful experience

Absolutely awful experience.
Ordered a Lady Dior Handbag online directly from Dior. It came “used” by someone else and another person’s initial on it. Called Dior straight away and was assured they will send new one as soon as I return this bag.
Package send back the same day.
It took long weeks, of constant calls.
Every time we called, someone else said they are dealing with it and it can take a long time as head office has to authorise it. When the new bag was finally sent by them by Standard delivery, it got lost by UPS!!!
Despite ups admitting they lost the parcel, Dior would not refund the money or send another bag. It look again long weeks for them to deal with it!
And yes as someone says in previous reviews, they block your number if you call and complain. Simply block, you can’t get through from your phone!
It took months to finally recover my money!
Disgusting company! Completely not trained staff, lack of customer service and basic procedures!

I don’t know what to do guys, I ordered Dior Amber nuit perfume, from Dior and they said it has been delivered. I didn’t get any confirmation for delivery! On the expected date of delivery, I waited all day! I called customer service to know if they will deliver that day! She said she can’t provide me with this information’ who deliver a perfume of 315 pounds without delivery confirmation message or call’ they said they will lunch an investigation, but no mail or message to show an investigation is been logged, they can’t provide me with a time frame of investigation! Please can I sue for emotional distress!! Because I am worried and Stressed over it! The customer care is non existent! Please help me! I am at a low point in life and I thought the perfume was going to cheer me up! It is more stress and sadness for me!!

Absolutely AWFUL

Absolutely Awful- I ordered Le petit theatre 29 th January, it arrived completely damaged- I sent back to get a replacement… the replacement was more damaged than the original. I have now been waiting weeks to have my money refunded. All emails have been ignored. I will go back to CHANEL. Customer service is non existent really poor, think before you buy at Dior.

If I could give 0 stars I would absolute disgrace of a company my parcel went missing and this so called company would rather believe a DPD driver over a loyal customer never buy of this company again.

Worst customer service from Christian Dior

We had bought a Dior ring in Paris for my daughters 18th and the diamond fell out after a couple of weeks. It was under warranty so took it back to Dior in Manchester. We got a confirmation receipt Abd were told it would be a couple of weeks when done would call us back. No call and despite trying to call the store for over 3 weeks - we live 2 hours away from Manchester- no picked up or returned the calls after leaving messages with Selfridges. In the end we ended having to speak to Dior in Paris who could not help us and promised someone from Manchester would call us - Guess what no one calked back. Again we chased Paris who then finally offered us our money back since no stock abd didn’t know how long it would take to repair the ring. We check stock and their London store had stock and told Paris this. In the end it took over 3 months to resolve despite numerous calls to customer service and for our trouble received a poxy candle.

We have never had so terrible customer service especially from a reputable company and be aware their follow up is so bad. Gucci are far superior.

Lovely products, next day delivery

Ordered forever matte foundation and two nail polish. Arrived in beautifully wrapped box with plenty of packaging . Two samples selected and all items were as ordered. I selected gift box and samples at check out procedure. Arrived free next day by DPD who advised me of hour my time slot .

I was promised on Thursday that manager will contact me by Monday, of course it didn't happen. Yesterday I was promised that manager will call me back by the end of the day, SHE/HE DIDN'T! THIS COMPANY IS DISGUSTING! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE JUST PLAYING WITH YOU.

Very pleased with my experience at Dior…

Very pleased with my experience at Dior online. Ordered a few things but sent most of it back. Not due to the quality but just because I had something very similar to it to justify keeping it.
The return process is very easy. You get a prepaid dpd label included so it’s at no cost to you if you send anything back.
Within a week I got an email saying that my refund had been processed.
I also love the fact that you can get them to notify you when items are back in stock!!
I would use Dior online again!!

Such awful after sales service

Such awful after sales service. Still waiting on a replacement mascara for almost three months. Will I ever deal with Dior again…..NEVER. Wouldn’t mind but expensive and treat customers atrocious. Probably will now never receive it now if they read this. If l ever do receive will remove this review. Disgusted Audrey Smith

Terrible!!! 3 months later I am still waiting!

3 months on, Dior still claim I received a package! UPS, the courier has raised an investigation and my bank contacted Dior no response apart from tracker saying left at residence no signiture proof!
They know exactly what to do and won’t do even look into this! Daylight robbery! My last result to go back to the police! They have better things to do then this Dior! Take accountability as I have not received a delivery! I have cctv footage and a police report September 2021! I am waiting for my refund! I will take it further and will be putting my bad experience out there so people will think twice before they order from you and lose out on their money! Terrible service terrible treatment of customer! Shame on you!

Stunning Products but customer service is horrendous

Hi All,

I’d love to leave a positive review as the gifts arrived beautifully wrapped and looked great.
However this is in reference to customer service around these orders.

I originally tried to order a perfume gift set, after placing the order and paying for the Saturday Next Day delivery, I received a confirmation email but there was no payment on my card for days - I emailed Dior to request an update and to make sure everything was ok (and their wasn’t an issue with my card) - I received no response.

Eventually, fearing the order wouldn’t arrive and having had no expense on my card I purchased another a single perfume from Dior’s website (the previous perfume gift set couldn’t be selected for some reason - I assumed this had perhaps sold out and that was why I did not have an expense on my card as the order was maybe cancelled and Dior just hadn’t said) in hopes that this would arrive by Christmas.

Inexplicably 2 days later I was contacted and told both products would ship (note, the original gift set that I paid Saturday next day delivery would have taken over a week to arrive for £8 is ridiculous).

Once the second item arrived I quickly checked whether the personalisations I had requested had been done (as I noted from the website, Dior do not return personalised products) - they had not and thus I followed the steps to return said item.

Again inexplicably, I come back from holiday to find a random box on my doorstep. It was the second perfume which I had sent back. No note, or information as to why Dior have not accepted the return.

Dior did eventually reply to my original email, 7 business days later. Their contact number is continually busy, and emails continue to be at least 2-3 business days to return. It’s now the 23rd December and thus I am 20 days after my initial purchase and 13 after my second.
I’m now out of pocket for 2 x perfumes + a Saturday shipment (that took over a week to arrive).

Whilst I understand it’s Christmas (having worked in retail) - these are luxury items which I expect a good and high level of customer service - which has been severely lacking. It would be greatly appreciate if Dior could look into why my second order was randomly returned with zero explanation and if they could provide steps on how to return this and how to get my refund.

where do i begin…

where do i begin…. treated myself to a high end foundation to find they claim it has been delivered when it hasn’t! customer service is disgraceful. they don’t answer the phone let alone give me any answers and now i am £50 down with no foundation!! will never EVER buy from them again. High end customer service is expected from a high end brand and you should think twice before ordering from dior.

Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely infuriated with the lack of customer service. You'd think for a well known high end brand they would be great at what they do, but evidently not. My order was delivered and 2 complimentary items were missing. The whole reason I ordered direct was for the complimentary items. With 0 evidence the items were even sent they've called me a liar and won't resend the items. I will be contacting trading standards because they have broken their contract.

@Dior astonishingly disappointed, angry and frustrated when you receive an empty package from @Dior & guess what? they call U a LIAR and don't believe you.

No investigation completed with their courier @DPDgroup_news who did not even weigh the parcel,
