Good food & recepies - Some meal portions are on the small side.

Good food & recepies - Some meal portions are on the too small size. (I.e. 1 standard size potato and 1 standard size carrot, plus 1 small chicken fillet for 2 people!) But we like the recepies and the quality is usually good too. Just opp the sizing a bit. (PS: We are both slender, I am underweight so our needs are not excessive. I normally have the opposite problem that I can not eat it all - So the serving mentioned really is to small to cater for 2 people!

I love the dinnerly concept

I love the dinnerly concept. Every week I get 3 interesting tasty easy to cook meals, and I don't have to go shopping for the recipes or plan the meals. No fancy hard to get ingredients either, so the ideas and recipes are great to have for future use. As the boxes are delivered there can occasionally be a stuff up (especially in rural or remote areas...) and the produce can suffer a little, but since most are common, it's not hard to find say a replacement cucumber or carrot!

Huge fan of Dinnerly

Huge fan of Dinnerly. What they advertise is what you get. Fresh ingredients, clear recipes and delivery like clockwork. Highly recommended, makes me want to cook!

No recipe cards, not separated into meal kits. All ingredients just thrown into the box.

Very first box arrived. Unlike all the other food box subscriptions, all the ingredients were just thrown in the box. Not separated into individual meal kits. Also no recipe cards in the box. So have to spend what limited time I have to then find the recipes online and sort the ingredients out. Its no different to just going shopping in my mind.

Will happily steal your money

Absolute thieves! They took money from my bank while my account was on hold and when I followed up, no one replied. I then had to track them down on another platform and was given generic message after generic message about terms and conditions and 'billing periods'. This is the most disgusting behavior I've ever experienced from a business this size in Australia.

Dinnerly takes the hard work out of dinnertime.

Great value, easy but flavourful recipes, good quality produce and it's all delivered to your door with minimal effort using the dinnerly app.
Dinnerly has made dinner easy for us. I have health issues and sometimes find it difficult to cook, so my husband who had very little cooking experience has taken over dinnertime, he finds the recipes easy to follow and has even started to experiment, adding his own touches to the means we've chosen. Dinnerly has been a godsend.

Good value and the food is yummy

Good value and the food is yummy. Living in cairns, our boxes get delayed sometimes which is inconvenient, also occasionally the box/ ingredients are damaged or wrong but we make it work for the yummy meals you get.

I would give negative if there are options

EDITED: with regards to your response Dinnerly, I have contacted you everytime my box doesnt arrive, but no help was done and just has happened over and over again. The stress from this is just so unfair.

PS: you might want to have a human interaction response rather than an automated template. Thank you for your sincere empathy.

It has been FOUR times now in a row that I did not receive my box. The first box was left outside another building when my building number was clearly stated, left UNDER THE SUN (check photos). When I went to check the box, it’s gone. It was clearly noted (check the photos) to leave the box inside the building. All the residents’ parcels are left by all other delivery guys inside the building (check photos) but dinnerly drivers continuously leave them outside. They lie saying they rang the intercom. I work from home the whole day. Whenever I come down to get the box, it’s gone. And today, the driver took a photo of my box jn a living room I don’t know whose (check photos). When you call them, all they will say is they cannot deliver another box anymore and you have to wait for the next week and the next box is free. How can it be free if it doesn’t come?

Customer service, What Customer Service?

Customer service was unable to modify or rectify my order. Dinnerly and Marley Spoon communication are the worst I have ever experienced via an online company and ends up leaving the customer paying for meals they did not choose and cannot eat. Items Missing and poor quality of so-called fresh food! Terrible service all around. Much better doing it yourself and go to the grocery store when needed, Never Ever will I use or recommend, this to anyone but will steer them away from signing up for a junk service.

I do find the recipes and meals offered…

I do find the recipes and meals offered are quite good however I first signed up (or swapped over from Every Plate) as Dinnerly claimed they were cheaper than some other providers (even though they all seem to be owned by the same company?) due to them using digital recipes instead of hard copies and providing less common pantry items. However besides my discounted introductory boxes, they seem to be dearer than Every Plate (an affiliated branch of the same company). So I find the misleading advertising claim a bit disappointing.

We Love Dinnerly

We have used Dinnerly on and off for about 4 years and found the product a great way to solve what you are going to cook 🍳 and the variety is fantastic and the produce always fresh with very little issues with the odd forgetting to add some ingredients some times other wise very convenient and helpful a saving grace
