Excellent customer service from the Dine team.
Twayne went to great lengths to solve my problem. He was very patient regarding my limited iphone skills during our phone consultation.
I have found the Dine team to be very customer friendly.

I've just phoned three local restaurants detailed on the app. Not one of them supports Dine anymore.
I think you need to update your details.
This app was free via Boundless but I would be very disappointed if I paid for the app.

Helping me set up the app after I had entered incorrect details
I experienced difficulties in setting the app up; I had entered some of my details incorrectly. Toby reset my details after I’d emailed Dine. It was quickly resolved once I’d followed Toby’s instructions. His email was very helpful, polite and courteous with succinct directions which helped me to set up the app with no problems at all.

Solving membership issue
I needed a physical card as I don't have a smart phone to confirm my membership in restaurants.I was treated with curtsey by Tayne who sorted my problem quickly and without fuss. Hopefully will soon be able to enjoy eating out while saving money as well

I had problems activating my Dine…
I had problems activating my Dine account and telephoned the help team. I spoke to Tayne Vaughan who was very pleasant and helped me to complete my registration and then talked me through how the app works.
Looking forward to using Dine in the future

Password Issue
Signed up with with Dine today & was able to log into my account on my desk top but not my mobile - password issue. Got through quite quickly & spoke with Ella who easily sorted this out in terms that I could understand - guided me through the various steps. Ella was patient & clearly knowledgable with a sense of humour. Thank you
