Dine & Play Omdömen 

After trying to use my membership several times, I’m appalled to see Dine & Play act so unprofessionally on social media by liking inappropriate videos.

These videos are sexual, explicit and disgraceful.

Avoid at all costs. Most of the restaurants did not know who dine & play were…

Terrible app. Tried using this garbage at my local restaurants in Leeds and they never heard of it. I’m glad the membership was free because I wouldn’t pay £0.01 for this crap

Looking to book with a restaurant listed on their app. Called the restaurant who said they had never heard of Dine and had no accociation with them, This is the 2nd time this has happened. Previously another restaurant said they had been members at some point but this had lapsed over 2 years previously. Consequently did not receive any discount. Notified Dine who took nearly a year to remove the listing. They need to sort themselves out. I will probably get rid of the app as it is so unreliable

Tucked away in a cozy corner, this restaurant has a charming ambiance that instantly makes you feel at home. The menu is extensive, making it hard to choose! I opted for the masala dosa, which was perfectly crispy and served with a variety of chutneys. For the main dish, the dal makhani was rich and creamy, paired with fluffy basmati rice. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the flavors were incredible—authentic and comforting. The staff was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed without being intrusive.

Just had lunch at Iberia in Leeds and got 20% off my bill. That was more than the delicious jamon on the house. Am new to Dine and am used to other offers not working so this was great. The benefit is only weds- Friday lunch main menu so only 4 stars. But very good otherwise.

Great customer service and savings every time you eat at a restaurant what is there not to like? More restaurants in east anglia would be better.

With a slip of the finger I accidentally cancelled my membership. On a brief phone call, the agent immediately reactivated it.

Tayne was very helpful when I wanted to update my email.

I was having a problem with my digital card and actual plastic card which had different expiry dates, so emailed Dine over the weekend.
First thing on Monday morning I received an email from Tayne ( dine ) informing me that it had all been sorted.

It’s a ridiculous app. It’s a scam even after paying through bank and through debit card the 24 hour pass never works. It doesn’t even allow you to use the voucher or the PASS for which you paid and it keeps asking to pay again and again I have paid four times and still not able to use it ridiculous app scamming people.

The app does not work on my iPhone. I have tried logging on the app on numerous occasions but as soon as uou enter your login details it just goes to a blank orange screen. Using it on iphone 15 pro latest version.

I have had the dine app on my phone for sometime, I am also part of Boundless, hence the connection, I have not used the benifits of the app as yet, owing to (a) not going anywhere, and (b) when I did try to use it, I had a problem with the app on my phone, it kept closing! Eventually, I decided to contact the enquiries, as I had received an email I thought I would ask, The customer Service were so helpful, I believe her name was Mae, she deserves a gold satr! she suggested everything that I had already tried, so I thought I would try again, blow me down with a feather, it worked! I assume it was ust a glitch on my Samsung!
So, all is well with the world, perhaps one day I will get to use the special offers!
