great service in rectifying a problem I had with logging in to my account on my phone app which Kelsey resolved quickly and efficiently and it all worked first time following her intervention for which I extremely grateful - thank you Kelsey for your help.

A complete waste of time.. Tried twice to use it in participating restaurants, and both restaurants refused and said they did not accept the dine cards, despite them being on Dine app.. I phoned Dine customer service after the first incidence, they told me "Sorry".. The second time I did not bother to call them.. I will not try again for sure..

Had a problem with my Dine Card App this morning. Spoke with Danny who answered the phone almost immediately. Very helpful and resolved my problem.

I phoned to ask about my need for a ‘dine card’ which was mentioned in a recent email and which I don’t have.
Danny helpfully confirmed that I don’t need a physical card and that the app will suffice.

I would suggest that Dine make this clear in their correspondence.

I can not praise highly enough the customer service at Dine Club.
It's so refreshing to be able to access customer service without any difficulties/obstacles, when you need help.
When I experienced problems on Dine Club's website, the agent Danny responded promptly.
He resolved my problem quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner.

This company Dineclub, I have never heard of or either been in touch by phone etc. Today I receive a letter thanking me of becoming a member and membership number and stating the annual fee of £24.99 has been charged to your annual billing source and a number then to cancell all in small letters at bottom of a letter come leaflet, I presume junk mail to throw immediately in bin. I am surprised TRUSTPILOT has accepted this company, I am a pensioner and was to throw this garbage away until my daughter saw sighting of the small print. Beware pensioners thst receive this con through their letter box.

Danny was very helpful and got me logged on quickly as I had been trying to do this for several days. He also told me about ‘extras’ which I was unaware of.

Today I had cause to ring Dine with a query. I spoke to Danny and he answered my query with great professionalism, and was extremely polite. What more can I say, apart from "well done Danny". 👍👍👍

I emailed Dine Club and received a quick response from Toby with an explanation and promise to follow it up,

Danny very efficiently helped me in intiating the Dine registration process when I ran into problems. It's great to be able to quickly communicate with a human when the simplest contact with other organisations often proves so difficult.
