I don’t give 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but this place was excellent! We used a Dine discount card & had a set meal for 2. The menu said there was a 12.5% service charge yet they didn’t add it to the bill, a first and I appreciate that as I despise places that do that. The lamb was tender as could be & the chicken fell off the bone. There was plenty for 2, starter was great & the follow ins were better! Inside was really interesting too, great decor & they offer Shisha for £30 as well. It’s ironic it’s right next to the poncified Ivy rip off restaurant, I’d choose this place over that any day.

Great customer service
5 Star service!
I tried to apply for a dine card online but kept having difficulty and an error message and after emailing this was quickly resolved by Mae.
She solved my problems and was very helpful and efficient. Thank you Mae!

Poor experience with the Dine App
Went to Al Pinos in Salisbury in October 2022, as planned after our Funfair visit, for dinner. We had mentioned the Dine App to them prior to having dinner, as per your rules & out of courtesy. They didn't seem to know what to do, but spoke to the manager who honoured the discount on our main meals (2-4-1). When we visited during the May bank holiday week 2023 (bearing in mind I had checked for any exclusions & there were none) they refused to honour the discount & said that last time they did it for someone else, Dine did not refund/remunerate them so they were going to ask to leave the scheme. We still ate here, as the food is delicious, but we are out of pocket, because Dine did not honour their part of the bargain. I would like reimbursement for the loss. It was not lots, but it's the principle of the matter.

We’re really sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience.
To clarify, we do not reimburse the restaurant for the offer. The restaurant has the chance to be promoted, free of charge to our lovely members in return for honouring their discount.
The discount is set and agreed with the restaurant prior to them featuring, along with the terms and conditions and they also agree to contact should they wish to amend or cancel their promotion with us.
We can confirm we have no received contact from the restaurant regarding this.

Great support, I contacted customer service as I had a problem registering for Dine with a promo code and Kelsey was extremely helpful. It's all sorted now, and I can see there are so many discounts that I can't wait to take advantage of.

We went to Revival in Cheltenham. I rang ahead as instructed but was told there's no need. When we arrived they had never heard of Dine. Eventually the owner was summoned. He said he had unsubscribed from Dine many years previously. He said he had repeatedly notified Dine but they continued not removing him from their App. Info.

Beware, none of their advertised restaurants are available
My bank offered me a trial membership but - be warned! - it is worse than useless. High expectations are raised that up to 11 restaurants in my local area are offering tempting discounts. I have phoned around all of those - and find that only ONE is actually offering anything as advertised (and this is only a modest discount at off-peak hours).
Sp please don't waste your money paying for DINE membership. I am quickly cancelling mine now before they take my money on an automatic subscription soon. They really should update their website, and start to be honest about how very little they offer their members!

Hi there! We're disappointed to hear your expectations have not been met!
We want to clarify firstly that your offer includes no automatic upgrade. Whilst you may be offered to extend your time frame, we do not hold your payment details and as such, would not auto-enrol you into a membership.
We do our best to ensure our venues are up to date on our website and app. When signing up to Dine, all restaurants agree as part of the terms given to them to notify us of cancellation should they wish to withdraw their agreement. Should we not receive notification, the listing remains active.
We are sorry to hear about your experience. We did a lot of work this year on outreach to our venues to confirm their position with us and managed to speak to a lot of our restaurant partners. Sadly, we do find that from time to time, some staff members miss the briefing regarding our partnership and this can result in disappointment. Typically not to the level in which you have experienced.
In any instance in which you find that a restaurant is not honouring our discount, we're always happy to investigate! If you happen to have the details of those establishments, and wouldn't mind emailing them to us at enquiries@dineclub.co.uk, we'll look to attempt to reach out to these venues.

I very much appreciated the care Danny Gilbert took to answer all my questions when I contacted Dine on 14th October. He ensured I had complete confidence in my current membership arrangements and entitlements. He was courteous and well informed at all points of our interaction and I would be grateful for this to be recognised by his line managers.
