ordered more wax squares ,good price and quick delivery very pleased

Order never received. Was a christmas present that never arrived. Dont think this is a genuine company at all, and definitely not from UK. Had the cheek today to ask me to review the product.

I did write a review for this company towards the end of December 2025, but they blackmailed me into deleting the original post in exchange for a refund. Despite the fact that their returns policy states you can return items any time, as long as you meet certain criteria (which I did).

They led me along as soon as I asked for a refund. Firstly they claimed they needed photos of the item to check the quality. When I sent them, they said there were no defects and therefore the item could not be returned. When I challenged them, they said shipping costs were too high to accept a return and not much else.

I emailed them again but no response. This is when I wrote my original post on here. Not long after, I received a response saying they would refund me but I had to delete the review. As it was no small amount, I did as asked.

I was going to leave it but I received an email from them requesting me to review them. So here it is.

This is honestly the worst customer experience I have had for some time.

Very impressed with the diamond art I ordered. I’ve received 3 personalised ones and one from their gallery.
Previously I had ordered a personalised one from another company and the end result was awful.. the picture was my daughter, granddaughter and myself and we had distorted faces, mouths that had black teeth. I was so disappointed!
I then thought I’d try diamond art!! What a difference the picture is truly representative of the original!
Everything you need is included, clear instructions and prompt delivery! Very impressed and highly recommend!

Amazing experience , beautiful pictures and lots of drills .

This is clearly advertised as a UK company, however after ordering on the 15th December for a gift its now 4th Jan and we're still waiting. We had cancelled this order in advance when on the 21st Dec it still hadn't been dispatched, 2 days later it was dispatched regardless of previous email.
We also noticed the times of replies and they started every two days and in the middle of the night so definitely not a UK company.
Returns - ok doesn't matter we will just send it back, we were offered £3 discount to keep it, we said no we will return, we have been offered an £8 discount to keep it, we've said no we want to return it when it arrives. (we bought elsewhere) . This is an awful service, I'm not sure if the good will arrive, I don't even know if we will get a refund.

Easy to order and upload my personal photo to the order. Delivered quickly and in good packaging! Thankyou.

Website clearly said this was a UK company and that they shipped from UK in 2-5 days. In fact has already taken 2 weeks and is currently clearing customs from China. If I had known this was a Temu type company I just wouldn’t have purchased. Very annoyed as was supposed to be a Christmas gift and hasn’t arrived on time. If I had purchased from a legitimate UK company as I thought I had, it would be here by now. Total fraud.

I'm still waiting for the bulk of my order.
I ASSUMED like a fool, that a proper website saying 'UK' might mean quality, might mean it's here in the UK.
It's not. It's china. Always china. I can get the same naff quality from Amazon or from Temu. I was so disappointed to receive part of my order today - the free aspect of my order per their buy 2 get 3rd free. Where is the rest??

Save your money and purchase the exact same stuff for a fraction of the price, and probably have it arrive quicker, from literally anywhere else.

It will also arrive in a battered box, with the canvas rolled up - this is a poor method of delivery because the canvas ends up bent and creased.

My delivery was very quick which I was so pleased about. Much appreciated.
I ordered a picture of a beautiful rabbit for my granddaughter. She loves rabbits and I know she will love the art work , making it and the finished result.
I cannot comment on the actual making of it but it all looked very true to the description.
I would recommend Diamond art as the experience was flawless.

Really easy website to navigate came in lovely packaged box. Lots of wax. Perfect.

The quality of the canvas and diamonds are very high. Would recommend a larger canvas size for a less pixilated effect but even the smallest size was effective if you want to try out the square diamonds.
I was kept update with the shipping and the tools provided with the kit are of a higher quality than the normal ones off of amazon.

Very impressed with the service and quality of my diamond art painting. I did a personalised picture for my family as a Christmas present and the final result looked very effective. Would definitely purchase again.

I ordered a picture from Diamondart and it was delivered very quickly. The quality was excellent and the picture itself was very amusing. All in all a great product and this company I highly recommend.

Bought for a Christmas present for my daughter. She said she’s obsessed with doing it. I’m going to get one now I’ve seen hers. Shame there’s not more detailed instructions apart from that I would highly recommend

Please do not buy from this website which clearly says ‘UK’ it is clearly not, placed 2 orders one came 22 days later boxed all bashed very poor quality item which couldn’t be given as a gift, other item didn’t even arrive poor customer services , would not refund me at all , £40.00 down the drain , I can assure you I will not let this rest and have contacted the agencies needed , do not buy at all
