Il existe deux adresses email différentes pour envoyer des documents à Dext, chacune ayant un usage spécifique:
- @dext.cc est utilisée lorsque vous envoyez plusieurs fichiers PDF dans un même email, chaque fichier représentant une facture ou un reçu distinct. Cela fonctionne que les fichiers soient composés d’une ou plusieurs pages. Chaque pièce jointe sera traitée comme un document complet.
- @multiple.dext.cc est conçue pour un seul fichier PDF contenant plusieurs factures ou reçus d’une seule page chacun, une facture par page. Dans ce cas, le système divise le fichier par page et traite chaque page comme un document distinct.
L’adresse @multiple.dext.cc sert uniquement à indiquer au système de diviser un fichier unique par page. Chaque facture ou reçu doit donc se trouver sur une page distincte pour que cela fonctionne correctement.
D’après votre description, il semble que vous ayez un seul fichier PDF contenant plusieurs factures, chacune composée d’un nombre différent de pages. Dans ce cas, la meilleure solution est de téléverser le fichier via l’interface web et d’utiliser la fonction de découpage automatique.

I have found Dext very easy to use
I have found Dext very easy to use. I decided to get certified, after completing level 2 level 3 did not show up anywhere. I contacted customer support within minutes my issue was resolved.

Easy to use
My bookkeeper got me onto Dext a couple years ago, not only is it easy to use. It’s very handy to look back through the app to see my company’s history of purchases and invoices. It’s a must!

Recommended - Saves a huge amount of accounting time
We have been using DEXT for a few years and find it saves an enourmous amount of time processing invoices and statements.
When we changed the email address we did have an issue which was quickly resolved. Alhtough automatic instructions are given I prefer dealing with a human and Vince helped us through the reconnection with our bank.

Predatory, what customer service?
Predatory, unhelpful "customer service". As a professional bookkeeper, I signed up for a monthly subscription for Dext, knowing that I had to work hard at getting enough client subscriptions to justify the cost (don't let me get started on that one). It just became too expensive. I transferred my clients back to pay for their own subscriptions and tried to cancel mine. It took 3 tries, 3 months, and then I was told my annual ??? subscription didn't end until February so you have to keep paying? WTF? The customer service was between no help and snotty or aggressive. I have loved Dext for years, it works well, but the customer service is screwed. While it works you are good to go, reliable, stable, but when you need help, you are SCREWED. Will I ever go back to Dext? No freaking way.
