Hyper simple, rapide, efficace... facture ou ticket dans une main et téléphone de l'autre et le tour est joué ! Il suffit d'ouvrir l'application Dext sur le téléphone et cliquer sur "prendre une photo", clic et mon expert-comptable a mon justificatif de paiement.
Personnellement je le fais sur place, chez les commerçants. Aucun risque d'oubli ! ou de mon ordi "téléchargements" un glissé de ma facture vers Dext sur mon navigateur et c'est fait. Idem pour les docs bancaires et autres. Je n'attends jamais pour envoyer, ça prend 1 mn, tranquillité assurée et tout le monde est content.

Dext est très facile d'accès. La transmission des documents est simple, rapide. Le lien avec l'appareil photo et l'application facilite grandement. Nous l'utilisons depuis 2 ans et sommes très satisfaits.

We’ve been using Dext for years, managing client documents and publishing to our accounting software, and it has made a genuinely noticeable difference to both efficiency and accuracy.

The ability to capture, store, and retrieve documents is seamless, and the pre-coding and auto-publishing features save a significant amount of time compared to manual processing. It’s also been very easy to implement across our team and clients — even those who aren’t particularly tech-savvy have picked it up quickly.

From a client perspective, the platform is straightforward and intuitive, which has improved turnaround times and reduced back-and-forth. Compared to the upload functions in Xero and MYOB, Dext is far superior in terms of usability and overall functionality.

Overall, it’s been a valuable addition to our workflow and has streamlined a process that used to be far more time-consuming.
