After an initial issue with receiving a confirmation email, DMC then responded to my online chat query and the matter was quickly resolved. The item arrived promptly the following week and I am very pleased with the quality of it. My goddaughter will be over the moon at Christmas!

I ordered a case and a screen protector for a phone. The screen protector came broken so I emailed with pictures and I have had no reply at all and no other contact, won't be using them again or recommending to others

Case was a very poor fit, resulting in a damaged screen. Jumped through their hoops providing photos and video, now they simply don't respond to emails.

A fab company and products , brought a phone case for my husband for his 60th and used a family photo and it’s superb . Quick and easy to do , fab service and products too , a happy customer . Recommended to friends too , will be definitely buying again

The case came quickly but that’s the only positive I have for this company within 2 days the print has started to come off, I have send a message vie their chat option and send an email with pictures and order number and had no response after 11 days so won’t be ordering from them again.
Edit…. After 12 days they got back to me and have sent me a replacement which did come quickly and seems better so far. So thanks for that

Speedy delivery, accurate description on the website. A great product - well designed for the phone model, and chunky protection. Not a light inconspicuous case, if that’s what you’re after; but spot on for my needs.
