Poor communication and disappointing customer service.
I was interested in purchasing a Chanel bag and contacted DesignerBagZ multiple times over the course of a week: two emails (16.06. and 18.06.), three WhatsApp messages (13.06., 16.06. and 18.06.), and a phone call (18.06). I never received a single response.
As a customer prepared to spend several thousand euros on a luxury handbag, I expected at least a basic reply. Instead, I was completely ignored while the website was updated to show that the bag had been sold.
Because I received no response, I missed the opportunity to make a timely decision and lost out on another Chanel bag I was considering elsewhere.
