They offered a live tracking service, so you could see where the driver was and how soon he would be with you. The driver was polite, friendly and very efficient.

This is the second time I have used…
This is the second time I have used Designer Carpets and I am, again, delighted with the service I have received. I couldn’t decide which colour and used the sample service. It was superb, the samples received within 1 to 2 days.
I was also contact the customer service section in the sales department for advice on the quality of carpet they would recommend for the stairs and landing. Excellent help from this section.
I always knew what I was looking and with a little help the whole process was seamless.
Moving on to the delivery, again superb and able to easily track the van on its way to us!
I am extremely confident in recommending Designer Carpets to anyone thinking of buying new carpets.
Through this experience I have also found an excellent carpet fitter. He has just completed fitting a supreme quality carpet on the stairs and landing and we are very proud of what he has done.
