Always delayed
The delivery is always delayed and despite several instructions they always deliver at the concierge knowing there are perishables.

Ordered rice, received bag of worms
I ordered rice from them, they sent me a bag of worms. Have sent them all the pics but they’ve refused to refund or take their worms back. Save your money and do not order from them, much better websites available for online deliveries.
Response to your pathetic reply: If the order has delivery date of 15 October and it is not 15 November yet (6 November as of today), how is that a “FULL MONTH”??? And I have posted this review after wasting time waiting for your replies on your customer care channel. Also, there is not “A WORM” in the bag, there are multiple worms, as in the bag is full of worms. I sent you several pics and videos to show all the moving worms. Imagine the disgust! Stop passing over accountability and defrauding people of their money. The quality of the rice is even more questionable as customers don’t sit at home to plant worms in the products you’re sending.

Upon reviewing your concern, we can see that you reached out to us a full month after receiving your order, stating that there is a worm in the rice bag. This is highly unusual, and it’s not the appropriate way to address such matters. Our policy clearly requests that any issues be reported within 3-4 working days of receiving the product, which you did not adhere to.
Given that you contacted us well outside of the acceptable timeframe, we are unable to proceed with resolving this issue as we normally would. We cannot take responsibility for matters raised after such a significant delay.
If you still wish to discuss this further, we suggest contacting us directly.
Good food very poor delivery .
Excellent fresh Indian vegetables .
But also ordered Shana frozen chappatis. Delivery was 30 hours late and chappatis were defrosted and had to be thrown away because you cannot refreeze . Such a pity but the company needs to change its delivery methods . This has now happened twice .
Such a waste of good food .

Great quality!
I was impressed with the quality of the fresh plantains i ordered, big and perfectly ripe. Everything arrived tightly packed with ice for the frozen goods. Fast service and good prices for top quality. Would definitely reccommend!
