Nearly £100 for fake leather. Advertised as leather..description states PU leather (only just found out about PU) feels cheap and not worth the money. Put it in the name that it's fake

I made a request with fear for the comments I had read here and on other portals.
My experience is satisfactory: I placed the order on February 7 and on March 4 I received the order, which arrived in just 4 days from the date of shipment. I was notified via email on March 1.
The jacket I bought arrived perfectly packed and I was surprised by the quality of the product, level of finish, presence and size adjustment to the size guide of the web, which has allowed me a jacket tailored to my size.
There are many copies on both Amazon and Ali Express at much lower prices and that use the same photos from the Denzell website with minimal modifications.
I am very happy with my purchase and will buy again at Denzell Outwear and I will also share with my friends and family.

Zero customer service. Been over a month since I ordered. Requested a refund got no feedback. Save you time and money and do not order from here.

Leider habe ich die fast durchwegs schlechten Bewertungen erst nach dem Kauf gesehen, sonst hätte diese Bestellung nie und nimmer gemacht.

EDIT 2022: SCAM After one year the jacket got simply teared up without any outside influence. Not only I cannot recommend them I warn anyone who wants to buy from them.
The same guys have many cloth selling websites on the internet with different names but the same layout, lacking any actual information about their store or company location and most importantly, on every site they provide the same goods but always with different brand as a patch (and all are promoted on Facebook).

AFTER BUYING:
Honestly I dont understand those bad reviews. I am happy with my jacket, got all I had expected. Yes, it is made from PU leather but it was mentioned in the catalogue and... what would you expect for this price? Jacket from real leather would cost like five times more than this.
I remove one star because it is not clear that the company is probably from China. Or at least jacket is sent from China.

Goede kwaliteit parka en binnen 20 dagen in huis snap echt niet waarom mensen zeggen dat het een scam bedrijf is. Ik heb goede ervaring met denzell outware en bestel zeker nog een keer

Its basically a scam. Really REALLY bad. Selling clothing that's 3 times the price elsewhere,. They won't ship on time and don't give a crap about customer expectation.

Oh and finally they REFUSED my refund request even when the item had not shipped yet.

Absolute trash!

The package was sent on the 26th of December it only took 8 days I don't know why this company has so many bad reviews I'm happy with denzelloutwear will definitely buy more from them in the future

El producto es de pésima calidad las tallas y medidas son para Asia, no tiene marca, los proveedores las envían desde China. En Aliexpress encuentras las mismas chaquetas a USD 35 y en la página de Denzelloutwear las venden en más de USD 90
Un descaro total, no recomendable.

Rotten clothes, not leather, expensive for synthetic, no refunds.
Scammer's website.
Don't buy anything, my son tried and he lost 100 Euros.
Now asking for chargeback procedure (European rules) thru our company credit card, which shouldn't be providing these scammers.

Don't be an idi0t.i haven't bought anything but i can warn people that all products from webstores like this one come from aliexpress.and they cost like 1/4 of the price they sell it for.just saying

Avoid this seller like the plague.

They market their jackets as leather. They aren't. I feel it's fraudulent. The jacket also ripped under the arm on first wearing.

I wrote a negative review on their site for my jacket, and surprise surprise! It wasn't published. They only post positive 'reviews'. I strongly suspect these are fake.

I contacted them to ask why my review was not published, why they publicise their goods as leather when they're not and if I could have a refund or compensation. They did not address the first 2 issues. They totally ignored them... probably because they know I have them bang to rights. They said they'd refund me if I returned the jacket to them in China at cost to myself. I refused.

Totally unacceptable, and I will be contacting consumer advice on it, as they are clearly breaking the law and misleading people.

Edited to add: The company has now asked me to provide an order number... almost NINE (It's 9/7/20) months after I wrote this! They're either very inept or very corrupt. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I ordered a jacket and it cost me allot of money, it took over a month to arrive in spite of me paying for the most expensive delivery option. I reached out to the company multiple times to ask for tracking info, I didn't get a reply until i threatened legal action, when provided said info I discovered jacket was very slowly making it's way through china. This company is posing as an independent fashion company but it's simply mass produced Chinese clothing.

The jacket I did receive was actually beautiful but it wasn't worth the hassle, money or time. I would reccomend avoiding this company and from now on I'll be checking out all companies I deal with using this website.

Einfach grauenhaft :( Alles kommt aus China und dauert ewig bis es ankommt und dann noch wirklich beschissene Qualität. Im Nacken das Geweih fehlt und bei mir waren sogar die Nähte falsch. Aber die größte Frechheit ist das man für defekte Wahre selbst für die Rücksendung aufkommen muss.

So my fiance saw this jacket and thought was awesome.. i was like its his birthday ill surprise him.. and i order.. when i see that after 5 days i have no tracking number or order confirmation i started to panic.. and checked the reviews.. realized that i probably got scammed..
I just got the product after almost 4 weeks and its crap. Very thin, no leather, no brand, not even a proper package...they left it BY THE DOOR outside of the freakin door.. whatever...
I just sent an email demanding a refund, as this company states on their website that they are located in Lithuania.. well the crap ships from China, so that's fake advertising right there, also DixonLeather seems to be the exact same company but different name, don't get baited by that either !
I involved in my mail the European regulations regarding misleading the consumer and i will not let this rest. These scammers have to be deleted !

Really bad and cheap quality, produced and delivered from China! I'm waiting over 6 weeks about my refund.

So after seeing these reviews I decided to cancel my order, but they offered me a further discount and I thought at that price I'd risk it. Well the jacket arrived today, and is actually really nice. It's a bit of a smaller fit than I was hoping for, but it does fit and gives me an excuse to stick to my diet! The label does show their logo and another says 100% Pu fabric so is faux leather. One other slight issue I have is that the detachable hoodie part only comes halfway down the jacket, so you can just have that part zipped up making it a bit looser. Well, you can, it just looks silly! Other than that, it's a really nice jacket so overall I'm happy with it.

Not genuine leather like they claim on their website. Also doesn’t come from Lithuania like it also claims.
These asians companies are such frauds. I will be reporting to my credit card company again for the second time in two years. Why can’t they just sell what they are claiming to have they would make such a successful business out of it I don’t understand their stupidity! I wouldn’t even give it one start but options is not there
